Food & cocktails - We had lovely experiences at the Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh twice during our trip. We were served by Adrian the first time who was very attentive & friendly and I didn’t get the bar staffs names the second time we came but they were lovely too. The food was very good & the portions are generous (the nachos are massive!!) & we love trying the different cocktails available. As always we bought merch too which is standard amazing Hard Rock quality. Thank you!

Fantastic server made our trip! - This was your typical Hard Rock with great food, but what made it special was our server, Lozza. It was our first time in Scotland and we were looking for a nice place to have dinner. She offered recommendations, but then spent some time with us talking about her visit to the States and her current studies at Edinburgh University. All of the people in Scotland were very nice, but Lozza definitely made our trip special.

Very friendly - We were greeted by a very friendly person, who escorted us to our seats. She explained the menu and world burgers offer. We ordered a couple of drinks and food, drinks were nice and quick, starters followed a short time after. Very flavoursome with the Nachos and loaded tots, plenty of food for starters. We decided to order the world burgers. We were not disappointed with anything food or drink wise, service was really good and all the servers and Managers were very plesant and friendly.

Hard Rock - As with most Hard Rock Cafes, this one has a great atmosphere and fantastic staff. We went straight from the airport to Hard Rock and still had out bags with us. Staff didn't mind one bit.

Friendly staff, lovely food. - Visited Edinburgh Hard Rock for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I had the cedar plank salmon with came with french beans and mash potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. I had a large Bahama Mama cocktail with which you got a glass to take home. Food and drink was reasonably priced. The waitress was very friendly and chatty. Will definitely visit again.

Food fine but service below average. - Reasonably decent but fairly expensive food and drinks. Lacking in the memorabilia compared to other Hard Rocks we’ve visited. Service was below average with waits and incomplete orders arriving, had to chase several times to get everything, but the 10% service charge is automatically added to your bill. We advised our waiter we wanted to choose our own tip amount, who then became quite surly about it and stormed off, so as a result he got no tip from us at all. Wouldn’t go back there with so much choice of restaurants in Edinburgh.

Not worth a visit - Nothing to do on a Sunday eve, restaurant empty. Waiters are pushing on ordering big(ger) drinks and food. We only came for a drink as announced while entering the bar. For sure one of the worst Hard Rock cafes we ever visited. No atmosphere at all
