October 2024 - Anthony is the best! - Oct 2024 - ANTHONY was amazing!!! We were only in Scotland for 4 days for our honeymoon and we took the gamble to spend an entire day on a bus to the Highlands and Stewart Tours did NOT disappoint. From the moment we arrived, Anthony did everything he could to make us and others feel welcome and comfortable for the long day ahead. We were lucky to sit in the very front, so we got to chat and laugh all day. Not to mention his playlist is the best! He showed us a few traditional artists we're still listening to 2 months later. The tour was full of valuable insights and stories and stops at all the right places. Highland coos, picture perfect views, and lunch in Fort William was all so perfect, even on a cold, rainy day in October. We would love to go back and do a different tour with Stewart Tours, but ONLY if Anthony is the guide!

It was great - We went on a sunny day, and the view was amazing. Everywhere there was a beautiful place on the way, the tour guide stopped there for 10min for us to take pictures. Although we couldn't see the Harry Potter train in Dec, but it didn't influence us on enjoying at all :))

Beauty of Scotland - Highly recommend taking this tour to see the real beauty of Scotland and driving through the highlands felt like a walkthrough of Game of Thrones, Outlander, and Harry potter! Our tour guide was Scott and he was phenomenal is story telling+ history of Scotland and his amazing jokes! Just one thing to keep in mind is the weather it really makes a big difference on what you see. If it is foggy you will probably miss out on the picturesque landscapes but still pretty.

Highs and Lows - I’d like to start by saying although the day wasn’t all I hoped, Phil is an amazing guide, such a funny and kind man. He’s a gem, he told so many stories, jokes, and even sang the anthem for us. I would go on another adventure with him anytime. The highlands are breathtaking, even though certain elements were harder to see due to rain and fog, I understand that’s the risk you take going in the winter season, it was still gorgeous. The major con of the day was a few of the other passengers. We had a full bus and most of the others were amazing and kind, but there were a few who were not at all considerate. I acknowledge that the tour company can’t control who attends the tour or the behavior of others, but I would have liked if at certain parts someone could have told them to quiet down. It’s one thing to whisper or converse quietly, but when a story is being told or when it’s quiet time with the lights off, to have adults basically yelling to each other between aisles is hard to deal with, especially for driving several hours, with no signs of the loud conversations slowing. I should have brought my headphones. Some also laughed about being late for meeting times and holding up the bus. This does not reflect on the tour or the company, but is something that I guess I should have considered further before taking a day trip as it greatly impacted my experience.
