Highly recommend the Piping Tour Guide - A huge THANK YOU to Hugh, our driver/guide/friend, during our 3-day tour. He was so knowledgeable, personable and lovely. He made my mum’s experience one for a lifetime! We can never thank him enough for his care on the snowy journey through the highlands. His love for his home was abundantly evident in every moment of the trip. I can’t imagine a better guide for my mum and I as we made precious memories. Look us up if you’re ever in Southern California, Hugh!

Nice! - Our guide is incredibly funny and approachable—absolutely worth the cost! However, the place that we stay is about disappointing as the water heater took very long to heat up - 20 Min in the early morning. The water pressure is also very small... The bed is soft and I felt like I am sleeping on a water bed. If you have extra budget you may want to request to stay at other place.

Skye, Loch Ness and a comfy B&B - Locals’ knowledge kind of tour with a witty, professional driver and lots of photo opportunities. Isle of Skye and Loch Ness are highlights. Great B&B accommodations, too.

Terrific Guide and experience - My 18 year old son and I were looking for a mix of nature and history and we got it. Iain was an incredible guide. Passionate about Scotland, funny and knowledgeable. We saw a LOT in just a few days. We had time to explore on our own and it truly felt like Iain was committed to making sure each guest got what they wanted out of the time. I am generally not a sit on the bus type of person but as an overview of the Highlands, we were very satisfied. Iain also took the time to draw up a small day trip for us near Edinburgh which was fantastic.

3 days much, much better than SS Minnow. - absolutely wonderful. guide was a blast. very knowledgeable, entertaining, authentic. he brought in legends, facts, and personal experiences. the tour didn't feel preachy our rehearsed. it was like visiting a friend from long ago who moved away that you are visiting who is updating you on his new home.

Three amazing days in Scotland - I booked this trip for my family to explore Scotland and we absolutely fell in love. Our three day tour was so much more than we expected, and we loved every bit of it. Our tour guide Hugh was a wealth of knowledge, he was so very patient, explaining everything he possibly could, so passionate about his country and its history and even keeps an excellent playlist in the tour bus. He truly squeezed everything he could into the three days and even surprised us by playing the bagpipes on top of a mountain in the pouring rain! It was such a special day. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it was the experience of a lifetime, and I will definitely be booking again soon!

Loved it, want to go back and explore, thanks Keith! - Our guide Keith was THE BEST. he clearly loved his job, was incredibly good at driving and telling captivating stories in his Scottish accent at the same time. Got right out with us the entire time taking photos and marveling at the beauty while also giving us some interesting history lessons and folklore tales. The Scottish landscape is just so beautiful and there was a good mix of talking and then some stretches of music (all songs handpicked by Keith to match the point we were at in the tour or to show us his favourite Scottish artists). Even though out bus wouldn't start the last day so we ended up going back the last day with another group, Keith made sure to meet us at the hotel before we were picked up to say bye to us and let us know how sad he was that he wouldn't be able to drive us back. Inverness was super cute and we went to a random bar after dinner and got a beautiful show of what seemed more like friends getting together to jam. The hotel was alright too, all in all very good value for the price!

Rip off accomodation charges - Both viator and the tour operator have combined to rip off the customer by charging £ 190 per night as accomodation charges for a bed and breakfast facility. ( A 5 start hotel in Inverness would have coated much less than this ) Operator put the onus of charges on viator and viator used vague terms to absolve their responsibility. Tour was good but shocking response from viator.
