- Callander - We stop in the bustling Highland town of Callander for morning refreshments. Our passengers can stretch their legs as they explore the high street crammed with tearooms and small shops.
- Glencoe - Haunting Glencoe is a must see for many visitors to Scotland. We’ll stop for a photo stop or two as you travel through the scenic valley. There is then a longer stop at Glencoe Visitor Centre to enjoy a spot of lunch and explore the area further.
- Glenfinnan - Enjoy the views of the Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Glenfinnan Monument as it looks over Loch Shiel. From April - October watch as the Jacobite Steam Train crosses over the Glenfinnan Viaduct, hopefully capturing a photo of the iconic scene.
- Fort William - We travel through Fort William, keep your eyes peeled for Ben Nevis which towers over the town.
- Pitlochry - We’ll stop in the Victorian town of Pitlochry for evening refreshments.

Beautifully Orchestrated Tour with a Stellar Tour Guide! - We had an excellent experience on the 1-Day Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe & Loch Shiel tour on May 2nd with James! From start to finish, James choreographed the tour in such a way that we had lovely scenery, fun music that complimented our route, and/or stories at all times. Every stop on the tour was worthwhile, and James ensured that we knew the history and facts about each place we passed by or visited. The tour itinerary was perfect for us! We particularly loved the stops at the Glencoe visitor centre and Loch Shiel, and the stop to see the hairy coos! James expertly drove us very safely across the highlands, and got us to our destinations ahead of other tours so that we had a more quiet experience. There were lots of wonderful surprises along the way, with very exciting destinations that had not been mentioned in the itinerary. We were also provided with plenty of “comfort” breaks so we could go to washrooms or find food. This tour was our first full day tour on our trip, and James set the bar extremely high, definitely challenging other tour companies that we used over the course of the trip. We would highly recommend Discover Scotland Tours, and especially send our gratitude to James for being such an outstanding tour guide.

Beautiful landscapes, recommend! - Beautiful excursion, all day highland, landscapes from scenes in movies, Scottish music on the coach, excellent guide/driver Marco. As we traveled, he talked about the history of that place, stories, legends and facts. Friendly and professional. I definitely recommend it, because if the weather is not nice, you will certainly enjoyed in such good company.

Highly recommend - We found the tour was exactly what we were looking for, with a good balance between breaks and driving. The tour guide was amazing and shared a lot of interesting information about sites we were driving past. We found we had enough time to visit the different areas and the bus was comfortable

Well done! - We had an amazing day. Luckily we had a small group and could see so much!
There was plenty of time to visit each spot. The staff is super friendly and knows so much interesting facts. Totally recommend this trip!

10/10 experience - Robert was a fantastic guide; the photo opportunities and comfort breaks as well as the informational content of the tour were perfectly timed! A day full of breathtakingly beautiful sights! We learned a lot and had so much fun - thank you!

The best tour experience in Scotland! - Had this tour yesterday and our tour guide was James. We are a group of four Filipinos and to our surprise our guide is also a half Filipino. We really enjoyed the tour. James shared with us the historical facts about the places we passed by and the myths and legends about Scotland’s lochs. James was very kind enough to assist us and take photos of everyone as requested. He even allowed us to visit some stops that are not part of the tour but are along the way so we could experience and see the scenic views. At the end of the tour he found us waiting in a bus stop to go to Jollibee and even offered to drop us at the restaurant. He was so nice and generous. The trip was very relaxing and fun. We sang on our way back go to the city as each passenger requests a song to be played. It felt like we were just having a joyride. The experience was really great! We would love to come back and have another tour next time.

Absolutely amazing tour! - My wife and friends had an amazing day! Tour leader James is very friendly and knowledgeable of the Scottish history and culture. He showed us some good spots to take photos and made sure we enjoy our stops, especially at Glenfinnan where we had a good look at the Jacobite passing through the viaduct. The last bit of the trip was quite memorable as all of us got to pick a song on the playlist back to Edinburgh. Would definitely do it again in the near future!

Dreamy Tour - My first time visiting Scotland and I have never been in love with a city and its people more than Edinburgh! As a Potter head, I decided to book this tour very last minute (to see the Via Duct) and I had an incredibly smooth experience from finding the pickup spot, leaving on time, taking pictures during sunlight and finally having the pleasure of listening to Frank's wonderful explanations of all the historical sites we saw. It was truly a memorable experience and I am contemplating making another trip to Edinburgh just so we can book another day tour with Frank! and this awesome company! :)

Amazing Experience - Firstable by saying many thanks to you for providing us a really nice tour experience through the beautiful highlands our tour guide Frank was very good and very kind .
Me and my friend we enjoyed the whole trip even though the weather as it was in the winter time was not in our favour we carry on with the trip and we got some nice pictures .
I was very pleased and satisfied with this experience totally recommend it , hopefully I will come back one day to do more tours with you

Terrific experience & highlight of our UK trip. - We took a 1-day tour to Glenfinnan Viaduct from Edinburgh.
Pros: Small coaches keeps the group size small, thoughtfully crafted routes with time for exploring the best places and getting photos, Scottish music, plenty of history, and knowledgeable and friendly tour guide.
Cons: There honestly were none! Only thing we regretted is that we couldn’t carry on with our tour guide Frank for longer. The tour was a full day of adventure that never felt like it dragged on and we were sad when it was over. We could have continued exploring Scotland with Frank for days on end.
Thank you, Discover Scotland Tours, for the incredible adventure!! We will definitely explore more of Scotland with this company on future trips.
