Great day :) - Amber and Adam were great! So was Valentina but since I don’t speak Italian, I don’t know how the tour was explained by her. Amber was quite kind and open to answer questions and give suggestions. The boat tour was ok, expected a bit more, but it was nice just to get a sense of how big the Loch is. Thank you , Amber and Adam!

Family experience - I believe that is a great way of knowing the country if you do not have available time. Also I am positive it works best when you have a large family

Friendly guide and driver - Friendly guide and driver (Amber and José), clear information, and even though both of them are Scottish, but can felt their passion and love to this country

Great knowledgeable guide - Juan did an extraordinary job teaching us the history of Scotland as we went around the Highlands. He gave us good advice on where to eat. The seating in the bus could have used more space for legs.

Must Do! - Overall wonderful experience. The nature in highlands is breathtaking. Very smooth and on time ride with the driver Sandra. Our tour guide Alec was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Highly highly recommended 👍🏻😊

Overall pretty nice trip - Juan Manuel was awesome. Unfortunately it was an all day trip in a small uncomfortable van instead of a coach bus. The driver was a bit aggressive but without incident. Our stops were very nice. Our guide told us so many amazing things. Overall we really enjoyed it.

Good and friendly trip - The trip was well-organized and friendly and we got enough time in each location for the photos and to explore

Disappointed - We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the sites along the route. Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend the tour for several reasons. 1. The pick up process was chaotic. I booked the reservation but the tour guide had my son in law’s name on his list. As a result he told me to check in with another company when I gave him my name. He didn’t have the confirmation number. Fortunately we didn’t miss the bus. 2. The headsets didn’t work so we got no tour information. 3. We felt rushed at every stop - barely enough time for the restroom.

Terrible!! - Cramped bus with no air conditioning. Do not go with this tour guide. You can find much nicer tours of the area with more comfortable coach buses. I highly recommend Highland Experience Tours.

Poor service and unprofessional tour agents - Completely unprofessional service. Bus was left before we reached there. We did not even get a courtesy call. Also we got complete disrespectful customer care service. Avoid this tour service.
