An unmissable experience for lovers of gin! - I attended a Gin distilling class at Sip Antics last week and had an amazing time! The facilitator, Neil, was incredibly passionate, informative and entertaining. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to try different gins, and then concoct and distill a unique gin of my very own to take home. I am absolutely recommending this experience to all of my gin loving friends and family.

The 🐐 aka, Neil - Neil is the man! His passion for distilling gin and sharing its history comes across in the best way possible. I learned an absolute ton from him, and he's an all-around great person. This is a 5-star place for a reason. Neil teaches the class as a side hobby (hire that man full time!!). He kept us engaged with stories while teaching, and he helped us craft the perfect bottle of gin for a Negroni. I highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Potions Class for Muggles - Neil was such a trip! My husband and I took this class while on our first trip to Scotland. Neil had us laughing and leveled us up on our spirits history and herbology. We might as well have been in Potions class but without professor Snape. Can’t recommend this experience enough! Do have a snack beforehand… Neil is generous with his “samples”!

I would need to find a dictionary, to find the words that i would need to describe this evening. Neil is an absolute legend!! He has a such a likeable vibe to him, that there wasnt any trouble of breaking the ice. You always know when someone is really into the topic he is teaching, and Neil sure was. I learned a lot of New things and havent laughed that much for quit some time. There are some people who only do the minimum, and there are other people who going beyond that.... and than there Neil.... He went to Infinitiy and beyond. If i didnt had to leave the next day, i probably would have booked his Gin or Rum Glass again, just to learn more and have a great time again. Btw , He paid me 50£ to write this. No, He didnt 😀 If there is one event and one man who desvere that Praise, its him

When not making us laugh with some expertly executed dad jokes, Neil was whisking us off on a colonial ship explaining how Navy Strength gin maybe (definitely!) came to be. 3 hours whisked by and at the end we had a bottle of perfectly crafted gin (our own recipe - edited by Neil), lots of information and knowledge on gins and, more vitally, great memories from time and money well spent. Analogies, metaphors and laughs galore - you won’t want to miss this. Not a gin fan? You will be. A gin fan? You’ll love it even more! and, most importantly, expertise in everything gin. You will not be disappointed/worth it! ❤️👌⭐️⭐️⭐️ - This is a must do experience!!!! I had the best time learning about gin and making my very own gin concoction. Neil was so knowledgeable, passionate and entertaining that time just flew by having a laugh. He went above and beyond to make this experience memorable and exciting. The set up in the mini distillery is really pretty and unique. I strongly recommend doing this!

Fantastic, personalised and informative. A great new way to think about gin! - Absolutely fantastic and bespoke experience. Neil’s knowledge and enthusiasm were contagious. We were in a small group (two couples) which worked really well for conversation. Would highly recommend :)

Edinburgh gin tasting and distilling - A great experience. Our host, Neil, was very enthusiastic, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about all things gin related. We learned a lot and had a good laugh.

Great experience highly recommend - We had a great time learning about various gins and distilling our own gin. Neil was very knowledgeable but also very funny which helped us enjoy our experience. Neil was attentive and helpful. The experience felt personal and we learnt so much while having a good time. With Neil’s expertise we were able to distill our own tasty gin.
