- The Cumberland Bar - You will be welcomed to a bespoke micro distillery room where you will receive a gin and tonic on arrival. Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different gin tasting samples and then design their own bespoke gin recipe from the available ingredients….

Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different gin tasting samples and then design their own bespoke gin recipe from the available ingredients. Guests will then use an individual mini copper still to distill their chosen ingredients to produce a 500ml (50cl) bottle of gin to take home with them. While their gin is distilling they will enjoy a cocktail and once their gin has been distilled, they will taste their newly made gin before bottling, labelling, naming and wax sealing their end product to take away with them.

Awesome!! - My sister and I spent a wonderful afternoon making what we consider to be a pretty awesome Thai inspired Gin.
Neil was our host/guide for the experience and was an absolute hoot!! He clearly knows the subject matter which was delivered in a witty and entertaining way, but don't be fooled... you learn loads and we now have a whole new appreciation for Gin and the confidence to know what we like.
Neil also makes a pretty spectacular White Lady cocktail. I have no hesitation in highly recommend spending an afternoon with Sip Antics. I know it is something that my sister and I will remember for a long time.

Sip Antics - Gintastic - That was a tremendous way to spend an afternoon. Neil was a great host and imparted a lot of really interesting Gin knowledge in an entertaining way. We haven’t cracked open our hand crafted bottle yet but have high expectations. Can’t recommend this highly enough – you won’t be sorry going to Gin School.

Fantastic Gin Class – Highly Recommend! - We recently attended the gin making class, and it was hands down the best booking I’ve ever made on TripAdvisor! Our host Neal was simply awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable about gin and took the time to explain everything in detail, allowing us to truly appreciate the craft. He also encouraged us to think, ask questions, and fully engage, making the experience both educational and interactive. No question was left unanswered!
What specifically made this class unforgettable was his sense of humor—he had us laughing with fun jokes throughout, which made the learning process so enjoyable.
If you’re looking to learn about gin and it’s history in a fun and unique relaxed environment, this is the class to book!

Excellent - A unique afternoon with Neil at Sip Anticks. He is so knowledgeable and his story telling is outstanding. His knowledge of the product and processes is outstanding. Definitely a 5 star experience. Would recommend it whole heartedly. Thanks Neil and the gin we made was superb.

THE MOST GIN’IQUE EXPERIENCE EVER - Amazing and the most unique we’ve ever experienced. Loved making our own bottle of gin to our taste in the Still. Neil was fantastic he guided us through every step in a friendly and professional manner, he put his heart and soul into every aspect which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend taking part in this experience.

Gin heaven in Edinburgh - My wife and I visited Sip Antics for a gin tasting on a recommendation from a friend who had been to a rum tasting . We had a very enjoyable time there learning a huge amount about gin. Tasting showed how different the base flavourings were. Of course to be able to bottle gin you made was a big bonus. Neil, who was looking after us, was the perfect host. Knowledgeable, interesting, and amusing. Although not a gin drinker, I can see me now trying a gin now and again. We would recommend a visit to Sip Antics for any gin lovers

Gin Heaven - Experience was awesome. Learned so much about gin making and all the different ingredients that can be used to make a gin. Didn't realise there were so many gins. Very enjoyable 3 hours. Even my husband who is not a gin drinker had a very enjoyable afternoon. Neil was an excellent host and very entertaining. A must visit for all gin drinkers!!
