- Craigie’s Farm not used - Craigie’s farm is a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh city centre. This is a working farm that has Highland Cows that love carrots as treats. There’s also a farm shop and cafe where you can grab a coffee and/or a bite to eat to take on the go.
- Luss - A 90 minute drive will take us to the ‘foot steps’ of the Highlands…

Luss - A 90 minute drive will take us to the ‘foot steps’ of the Highlands and the beautiful village of Luss nestled on the banks of Loch Lomond, overlooking the Ben Lomond munro. Apart from stunning views of Luch Lomond, Luss is a place steeped in history, and here you can find an extremely rare Viking Hogback gravestone.
There’s a couple of gift shops, toilet facilities and places for refreshments. - Rest and be Thankful - Only 30 minutes away and at over 800 feet, this mountain viewpoint is a great stop for some beautiful photos of the stunning mountain scenery.
- Inveraray Castle - Only a 30 minute drive away is the iconic Inveraray Castle, one of the few castles in Scotland still used as a residence, (Duke & Duchess of Argyle) this is the seat of the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell. Open Thursday to Monday, the castle grounds are freely open to the public (there is a charge if you wish to enter the castle) or there’s Inveraray town with plenty of options for lunch and views of Loch Fyne.
The Castle closes for winter from November to March, but the grounds are still open to the public.
- Kilchurn Castle - A 30 minute drive takes us to Kilchurn castle, used by the English army as a formidable barracks for over 200 years and surrounded by water on 3 sides – a great place for photos.

The Three Sisters - A 60 minute drive through the Glencoe mountain range will take us to the famous Three Sisters Viewpoint. This is the most photographed place in Scotland - and you will understand why once we get there!
Full of breathtaking beauty and full of poignant history, this is a site you will never forget. - Rannoch Moor - Working our way back through Glencoe with multiple photo stops of the ‘3 sisters’, and other amazing photo stops, including Rannoch Moor - the largest bog expanse in the UK.
- Loch Tulla Viewpoint - In this beautiful viewpoint, you can take in all that the Highlands have to offer in a single place: moutains, lochs and forests.
- The Kelpies & The Helix - Our last stop, approximately 90 minutes away is the stunning Kelpies. These 2 horse statues standing 100 feet tall are the tallest equine statues in the world.

Beautiful Scotland - This tour was the the highlight of our mother-daughter vacation to Scotland. David was our tour guide and we can't imagine anyone else giving us the attention he did. He was the perfect amount of funny and knowledgeable. The conversations during the tour were great, and environment was relaxed which was important to us. The early sunset was a concern of ours and we anticipated skipping three stops but David insisted we visit Glencoe, which we will forever be grateful for. It was the most beautiful drive and landscape, and we were blessed with the most wonderful sunset (photos are too large to share). We're so happy we booked this tour...and you will be too!

More than worth it! - Martin provided an incredible experience for my family. From a prompt scheduled pickup at our hotel in Edinburgh to an amazing tour through the Scottish highland and Glasgow, every aspect of the experience beat expectations. We were privy to an insiders view of the beauty and history of Scotland with stops in numerous, incredible, local spots.

Perfect End to Our First Trip to Scotland - Shak was a fantastic guide, keeping us entertained with stories and information throughout the day. He gave us the flexibility to spend as much or as little time as we liked at each stop, and despite the weather, he ensured we saw everything we had hoped for, making the experience feel truly personal. It was the perfect way to end our first trip to Scotland!

Beautiful, Engaging, More than Expected! - The opportunity to see Scotland from the point of view or hear the old wives tales from a true Scotsman was worth every moment. We saw amazing castle heard wonderful stories and even had moments as family to explore at our leisure…oh not to forget the highland cows! There was no pressure to rush, George allowed our family to walk about and pace ourselves to really enjoy every visit. He even brought us to a local eatery which has award winning fish and chips. Lunch is not eaten until about 2:30-3:00. George provided waters and biscuits but if you need more before lunch, some snacks are encourage to bring along with you. We highly recommend this tour!

An unforgettable day - We did this tour last week with my family. It was an unforgettable experience. Jonny, he was our guide, and he kept giving us details about the country, its people, its customs, its past conflicts.and current and its long and exciting history. The excursion is long but it is so well organized that you spend the whole day enjoying yourself. We made very nice and pleasant visits. In the van we receive all the necessary information always accompanied by the best soundtrack to create Scottish atmosphere. Finally a very fun, complete and unforgettable tour. Thank you so much, Jonny. At the end of the day we were so tired that he took us to the hotel. Detailed Jonny. Thank you so much 😊😊

Perfect tour for those who want a “taste” of Scotland in a short time. - We had limited time and chose a one day excursion from Edinburgh to The Highlands. We booked through the Viator app and paired with our tour guide Martin with (E2G Tours Scotland).
This tour encapsulated and highlighted some of the best views, sceneries, lochs, and castles precious to Scotland.
We stopped in the quaint
town of Luss, visited and fed Highland cattle, walked through beautiful pastures with sheep, explored castles with so much history, drove through the amazing Highlands with breathtaking views
around every turn, passed incredible lochs, and even stopped for a “whiskey toast” at the Three Sisters, Glencoe.
All of this and more, intertwined with fabulous folklore shared by Martin made our experience a memorable
one.

Amazing tour - We just got back from our Scotland holiday. The highlight of this holiday was oir highlands tour with Shak. Shak was a lovely man, we had a slight problem coming late from the airport but he collected us from there. We’re sad that we couldn’t see some tourist spots that was included in the tour but Shak gave us a detour and showed us other places like the Falls of Falloch. Shak was informative and very friendly. I highly recommend to book this tour and look for Shak as he will make an effort to give you an unforgettable tour experience!

Highly Recommend - An absolute treasure of an experience. Beautiful scenery and iconic locations all throughout this journey. Our guide, Shak, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He ensured we had enough time to see the many stops along the way and provided some very interesting facts about each place. This is the best way to experience the highlands. Highly recommend!
