- Craigie’s Farm not used - Craigie’s farm is a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh city centre. This is a working farm that has Highland Cows that love carrots as treats. There’s also a farm shop and cafe where you can grab a coffee and/or a bite to eat to take on the go.
- Luss - A 90 minute drive will take us to the ‘foot steps’ of the Highlands…

Luss - A 90 minute drive will take us to the ‘foot steps’ of the Highlands and the beautiful village of Luss nestled on the banks of Loch Lomond, overlooking the Ben Lomond munro. Apart from stunning views of Luch Lomond, Luss is a place steeped in history, and here you can find an extremely rare Viking Hogback gravestone.
There’s a couple of gift shops, toilet facilities and places for refreshments. - Rest and be Thankful - Only 30 minutes away and at over 800 feet, this mountain viewpoint is a great stop for some beautiful photos of the stunning mountain scenery.
- Inveraray Castle - Only a 30 minute drive away is the iconic Inveraray Castle, one of the few castles in Scotland still used as a residence, (Duke & Duchess of Argyle) this is the seat of the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell. Open Thursday to Monday, the castle grounds are freely open to the public (there is a charge if you wish to enter the castle) or there’s Inveraray town with plenty of options for lunch and views of Loch Fyne.
The Castle closes for winter from November to March, but the grounds are still open to the public.
- Kilchurn Castle - A 30 minute drive takes us to Kilchurn castle, used by the English army as a formidable barracks for over 200 years and surrounded by water on 3 sides – a great place for photos.

The Three Sisters - A 60 minute drive through the Glencoe mountain range will take us to the famous Three Sisters Viewpoint. This is the most photographed place in Scotland - and you will understand why once we get there!
Full of breathtaking beauty and full of poignant history, this is a site you will never forget. - Rannoch Moor - Working our way back through Glencoe with multiple photo stops of the ‘3 sisters’, and other amazing photo stops, including Rannoch Moor - the largest bog expanse in the UK.
- Loch Tulla Viewpoint - In this beautiful viewpoint, you can take in all that the Highlands have to offer in a single place: moutains, lochs and forests.
- The Kelpies & The Helix - Our last stop, approximately 90 minutes away is the stunning Kelpies. These 2 horse statues standing 100 feet tall are the tallest equine statues in the world.
