Eger Castle - We’re taking the guests on a tour at the remains of the castle witnessing one of the most heroic battles in Hungarian history and gazing at the spectacular landscape of the city. What’s more, visitors have the chance to enter the castle museum in the casemates vividly portraying the many-centuries-old history of the castle. We are also going to see the memorial shrine of Captain István Dobó.

Dobo Square - We are visiting the breathtakingly spectacular main square of Eger with the monument of the heroic Captain of Eger Castle, István Dobó. The square is enclosed by many wonderful historical buildings that reveal the architectural styles over the previous centuries, encompassing the one of the most beautiful baroque churches of Hungary, the Minorita Church.

Torok Kori Minaret - We walk past & take photographs of the most well-reserved minaret in all of Europe, a magnificent relic of Ottoman rule from the 16th century where a muezzin used to call the believers to prayer five times a day. Once you walk up its 98 steps, you will have the chance to enjoy the view of the city from the height of 40 meters.

Bolyki Winery and Vineyard - We taste eight locally produced high-end wine specialties companied by the presentation of each item by an expert of the respective cellar. The selection of wines include white, rosé & red, encompassing the well-renowned ‘Bull’s blood’, whose name derives from an Ottoman fable stating,that the army of Eger gained its immense power from drinking a bull’s blood before battle.
