Studlagil canyon - Stuðlagil is one of the largest and most beautiful rock formations in the country and has extremely photogenic scenery.
Especially when the water in the river is clear but at the beginning of August the river changes from turquoise to greyish, when there is an overflow at Hálslón by Kárahnjúkar.
Just over half an hour easy walk to the gorge where we will take time to enjoy the nature and snacks. The total time at Stuðlagil is about 2-3 hours.
