AMAZING - We came as a family of 5 (kids: 15, 13, & 11). That is by far one of the coolest experiences I have done. Dr. Mo and his wingman were confident professionals. From our pick up service to the landing everything went on time and smoothly. Communication was proactive and very clear. The basket itself held 16, but they are sectioned off for weight distribution and they allowed our family to stick together. If you are deciding between sunrise vs. later (to save money) … sunrise is definitely way better. We booked the 5:30 am, and we got a FREE upgraded to the sunrise flight because there was a chance that the air traffic control would decide winds were too strong. That is customer service! Can’t say enough about the captain, crew, and overall experience. 1000/10 😊

Tour simply incredible! - The tour was undoubtedly one of the most exciting moments of my life. Everything went well, and in view of the Valley of the Kings/Queens in contrast with the vegetation at its edge, it is to fall the chin.

Hot air balloon .Luxor. - Brilliant, we had a great balloon flight and evertone really looked after us on the trip. We fully recomend this trip. Pilot Ali did perfect landing and ground crew were amazing.

First experience in ballooning - Very good experience, nice photos and videos to take. Cool and pleasant staff. I highly recommend without hesitation.

Think twice before booking - Had booked the tour for 5am, after booking was done received a what’s app message from tour guide since your hotel pick is closed we will pick you up at 5.45pm. Was ready and waiting but no pick up arrived after continue message he reply and a guy come at 6.15 and make me physically run to boat! Apparently they forgot to pick me up so he club me with some other trout of his friend, my schedule was delayed and totally chaos!

Bad balloon - They canceled the tour on 11/25, then picked us up at 5:45 am on 11/26 but after we spent 30 minutes in transit, the balloon ride was canceled again- supposedly due ti weather conditions- but other balloons went up.
