The Sataya region has a large surface and is surrounded by coral reefs on three sides. The coral reefs here have picturesque colors and hundreds of fish are around.
There are two spots for snorkeling during the trip: We start with a short briefing in which your guide will let you know everything about the marine life there and some safety instructions, then we will go for the first spot to swim with dolphins. They are interactive and curious to show you how they play and dance. After that, we enjoy a freshly prepared delicious lunch onboard, and then head for the second spot for snorkeling around the coral reef. Here we will explore the underwater world and see hundreds of species of fish and unique and colorful coral reefs.

The magic of swimming with dolphins! - An excursion not to be missed!!! a night on the boat very comfortable and dolphins by the dozens!....what emotions, swimming with them in peace!
The staff of the boat cared for little, even if we only had German fellow passengers, it did not alter this moment full of magic. You can also go diving even in initiation, very kind guides!

Unforgettable experience - It has been an unforgettable experience! We could see the dolphins and although there were many people, the visibility was very good! The whole team was very professional and helped us throughout the tour! The food was also great!

Great Experience - The trip from our Resort to get to the little harbour where our boat sailed took an hour, the same coming back, really an effort.
But the rest has been wonderful: our boat was great and new, the staff gently, and the trip to Sataya was smooth, whith a quite sea: you could have coffee water and soft drink whenever you want: i took a sunbathe staying lying down at the front seat and listening music.
Then we arrived at Sataya together with other 5 boats of the same kind, so you'll be in the water with many other people, obviously you're not alone.
Using a tender we've been left at the middle of this incredible circle reef and we enjoied a long bath, where we've found several groups of Dolphins, passing at different distance every time, but often very close, and it's a dream..
Then the tender pick you up to return to your Boat, and have another snorkeling at the beautiful reef. It's time for lunch, and in the meanwhile you can have other bath if you want.
Coming back the sea was not as calm as the first trip, with waves high till 7 meters, but the boat was solid, and no worries at all for me, i enjoied a lot this experience too.

An incredible experience. - The excursion to Sataya Dolphin House was one of the most exciting experiences of my life. Swimming surrounded by dolphins was amazing. The boat trip is quite long but it is absolutely worth it.
The whole Marsa Waves team was super helpful and professional. Also pleasant lunch on board the ship.
I recommend this excursion to everyone!

Incredible day swimming with dolphins! - We had an incredible trip with marsa waves to see the dolphins at sataya reef! We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the harbour before getting on a lovely boat, the crew were all really nice and helpful! We swam with the dolphins at the reef which was such an unforgettable experience and definitely a highlight of our holiday!!! Would definitely recommend this trip!

THE BEST DAY! - WOW, what a day!!! Was amazing from start to finish. Was picked up from our hotel and then a tour hour journey to the port. We were then greeted by a lovely team of crew on the boat ready for a 2 hour boat trip to find the dolphins. The conditions weren’t too bad but there were a few sea sick people on board and the crew were so good with them and helpful!
We were always checked on to make sure we were ok and feeling alright.
The dolphins were AMAZING. Plenty of time to swim around with them. The food on board was also delicious.
Couldn’t recommend this trip enough!

Fantastic. - We were first where the reef was, then because we saw no trace of dolphins we mounted a boat and ventured out to sea, at one point we saw a lot of dolphins! But we could not swim with them because it was dangerous to swim in the open sea. Anyway fantastic experience an unforgettable coral reef!

Absolutely negative, not recommended - Point 1: the overall shipping was very nice
Point 2: The offer is sold with only max. 25 people on board, sounds good for now. Absolutely negative that 17 boats lay on site, each with 30+ people, after that you were taken out with dinghies, the dolphins were then circled by the dinghies and you had to immediately and very quickly into the water to see some. If 500+ people jump into the water with shouting and screaming at once, then this is just absolutely bad and far from good towards the dolphins as they are fully stressed and take flight.
Point 3: some providers pick up their customers by bus directly at the boat, with some other providers you have to walk about 15 minutes over sand to the bus in the highest heat. On the way are begging children of the Bedouins from whom one should buy something. If you give them an apple or something else then the tour guide will tell you what to do, you should not support this because the begging from the touris is a made problem. Yes People from the tour operators, then just pick up your customers directly from the boat and don’t lead us past it. Because the problem is her own. And for the benefit of all dolphins, such a tour should be discontinued. Conclusion: absolutely negative and should not be supported.
