Very good experience with staff and amazing views - We had a great stay and really enjoyed the staff. They are super helpful and happy to sort any issue you have. The views are great and totally worth it. We highly recomend.

Cruise from Luxor to Aswan - We had a pleasant and unforgettable experience on this tour. The agency supported us with the issues we needed, and it was possible to execute the complete program, including all scheduled activities. We had 3 expert guides in Egypt (Mohamed, Talaat and another who supported us to the Edfu temple, and I don't remember the name), who were well prepared, shared detailed information about the attractions and directed us throughout the days. The cruise has a great structure, well equipped and excellent service.

Great trip ! - Great trip ! The boat has a nice pool on the rooftop. We got to discover the amazing history of ancient Egypt with the explanations of our guides. We experienced a promenade on a hot air balloon for the first time ever.

Had a wonderful time down the Nile!! - Cruise was very comfortable and kept a good schedule. Good food at daily buffet. Guides were very knowledgeable, well mannered, and professional especially Mohamed Gobran. Overall fantastic experience!!

Great Tours Great Guide - Tour Guid Talaat was the best guide. Very knowledgable & passionate about his job also very attentive and caring. Answered all out questions and went above and beyond. The other guides were nice but were rushing tours but not Talaat. Thank you Talaat. You made new friends from New York. Now the boat was average Not 5 star as advertised. No shows or entertainment but we didnt spend much time on boat anyways only to eat and sleep. Food was really good but not alot of selection. Overall the temples and tours/ visits were Outstanding. I thought our tour included when i booked it admissions to Abu simbel and admissions in Luxor temples but I guess it did not i had to pay extra fees at sites. Will reach out to company for clarification...

Disorganized tour package - We went around out of order, but overall we did everything. At the airport we waited 4 hours; then we went straight to visiting the pyramids, without going to the hotel to change (the guide was good). The next day is free. We visited Cairo with the Citadel, the Tower and the center, at our expense! In the evening we were taken to the station, without really accompanying us. We almost took the wrong train! On arrival in Aswan we waited a quarter of an hour before seeing the guide Mahmoud arrive. He took us to the boat. The cruise went well, but the visits which start at 5am, three days in a row are a bit hard!! the visiting schedule needs to be reviewed; 6am in the morning at EDFU, Luxor at night,... the lighting is not great for the visit!! Our guide gave too many details! He did not advise us to see the 3 most beautiful tombs at the Valley of the Kings! To return to Cairo we took a bus instead of taking the train in 1st class! In summary it was a disorganized organized trip! In hindsight it would have been better to do this trip ourselves!! We still go home happy!

Dissatisfaction with the entire experience. - I recently embarked on a trip with Mody Tour and Hapi5 Cruise, and I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the entire experience. Firstly, Mody Tour proved to be a regrettable choice. None of the tour guides demonstrated qualifications, merely repeating information readily available on Google. Their lack of professionalism and manners, coupled with a relentless focus on tipping, left me embarrassed and frustrated. The tipping culture, especially for drivers from Luxor to Aswan, seemed excessive, and a disrespectful reaction from a guide further marred the experience. I strongly advise caution when booking through Viator. Secondly, the Hapi5 Cruise fell short of basic standards. Upon check-in, I encountered unpleasant odors in the room, notably from a poorly maintained pillow. The landline phone was non-functional, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. While the cruise staff appeared friendly, their apparent motivation solely by tips diminished the overall quality of service. During check-out, the receptionist demonstrated a lack of interest in feedback and swiftly handed over an envelope for tips. While settle my bill, the change provided was less than owed, with the excuse of a shortage of change from receptionist. In summary, this trip was marred by unqualified guides, a disappointing cruise experience, and a pervasive focus on tipping rather than genuine service. I strongly discourage others from choosing Mody Tour and Hapi5 Cruise based on my regrettable encounter. Very bad - Very bad they left and abandoned us. We had to make do on our own. Zero assistance, disappeared. Not recommended.
