Wonderful guide and tour - Great time with JJ! My teens were entertained as was I, not easy to make everyone interested. We also did a snorkeling tour and a tour with Alex to Tulum. Everyone was wonderful.

Highly Recommended! - Juan was the guide for our trip to Ek Balam - he was the best! He was so knowledgeable about Mayan culture, the Yucatán peninsula and Riviera Maya, the history and ecology of the area, current events - everything! Our driver was great too. We were the first to arrive at the pyramid and were able to climb it and enjoy the views before any crowds arrived (if they did). The cenote was very relaxing and also just had a very few people to share it with. We had an incredible lunch at Restaurante Ahumados in Temozón - absolutely delicious! We highly recommend and will use Absolute Adventure Mexico again!

ALEX GUIDE. WE LOVE YOU FROM COLOMBIA - We were not wrong when choosing them. We bought a private excursion to Ek Balam with cenote and we wanted to add Valladolid to it; Without any hesitation they agreed. They picked us up on time and although we were delayed a few minutes due to a sick colleague, their attitude never changed. Our guide was Alex and we couldn't have had a better one. It is kindness made person. He took photos of us wherever we wanted, he answered every question, he seemed like one of our friends. He deserves like 1000 stars but the option is not there 😢. In any case, highly recommended 100%

Ek Balam - Incredible!!! - My family took a private tour to Ek Balam and a Cenote and it was an amazing experience with Absolute Adventure and their team!!! Our tour guide, Juan (JJ), was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely knowledgeable, fun to hang out with, great with my two kids, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great day! He literally ran a mile to get our tickets before the crowds showed up; talk about incredible service! THANK YOU, again, JUAN!!! Claire, the co-owner, was also extremely helpful when we had to make a last minute change of plans and responded super fast! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend using Absolute Adventure Mexico for taking an excursion; I’ll definitely be using them again on my next vacation to Mexico!!!

AMAZING DAY!!! - My first trip to Mexico with my boyfriend, which happened to be the same time I had friends there too. So, we wanted to make plans to meet and doing some tours off the resorts. I knew I wanted to go to a cenote and see the Ruins. My friends made arrangements with their resort, in turn we booked the same tour. It came recommended to be able to see and do what we all wanted. It worked out amazingly!! The two of us had just got down into the cenote when my friends showed up. Timing couldn't have been better. We had some awesome pictures taken of us, and then were able to meet up again at the Ruins. It was an incredible day, one that I'll never forget. We got to sit together for a delicious lunch too. I would highly recommended this tour to anyone who wants to see everything. Thank you!!!

Unforgettable experience - Absolute Adventures is the way to go if you are looking for an authentic and amazing experience. We booked a private tour of Ek Balam which included a swim in the Ex’ Canche Cenote and awesome lunch at a local restaurant. Ek Balam was incredible and more impressive than I imagined. We were the first group to arrive at the site and had the entire complex to ourselves. Ek Balam is really unique because it has multiple complexes that show the changes in building styles over time. If you are interested in architecture this is definitely the place for you. The acropolis contains a newly discovered tomb and original plaster, as well as an incredible pyramid that you are able to climb on. Our guide Juan was very knowledgeable about the site and the culture - I learned so much on this excursion. Afterwards we took a bicycle ride to the Ex’ Canche Cenote and basically had the place to ourselves. The Cenote is stunningly beautiful and so much fun to swim in. There are platforms and rope swings to jump from, along with life vests and floats if you need them. Cancun is a beautiful place to visit and this was definitely the highlight of our vacation. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Absolute Adventures. Claire answers any questions you may have when booking and Juan was professional, personable, and a really informative guide. It was great spending the day with him.

Amazing as always! - We have traveled with absolute adventure before and have had nothing but great experiences. This time we went to ek balam and a cenote. We had already been to a cenote like the one the tour usually goes to and wanted to see a different type - AA was accommodating as usual and made the change in our itinerary to see X'keken and Samula cenotes - more of a cave type cenote. Their customer service is first rate. The attractions themselves were amazing - ek balam was great - very knowledgeable guide and simply amazing site. The plaster work that has survived for over 2,000 years is worth the trip itself. The two cenotes were great - and don't be intimidated by the "cavelike" nature of them. They were relatively well lit and even our small children were not intimidated. They were incredibly beautiful and are a nice opportunity to swim and cool off. Not a lot of fish or a great place to snorkel, but a must see from a scenery perspective. AA is always on time, has us well prepared for the tours and knowing what to expect, and the always take us somewhere interesting for lunch afterwards. Juan is the guide we have had both times and if we ever go again we will request him. He's super knowledgeable, very friendly, absolutely amazing with the kids, and always ready to provide exactly what we need. Super thoughtful and attentive. Our kids remembered him from our last tour and were as excited about seeing him again as they were about going on the tour! If we could give you guys 6 stars we would!
