Excellent attention - Excellent attention from the staff. Very cool experience. The services they provide are highly recommended, despite it being a holiday and being full, there was not much wait due to the excellent order they manage.

Very attentive staff, service at a very good price and a very nice experience, we really enjoyed it - The weather was very good, you have to keep in mind that the Volcano is not always clear, but on this occasion it was wonderful

Very organized! - Excellent service and treatment. Highly recommended. Just remind clients that in addition to renting the equipment, you must pay 1000 per person to access the port.

Scam - avoid!! - Paid $60 in the morning for a 15.30 reservation. My girlfriend was not feeling well in the afternoon and I asked for a refund before our reservation time around 3pm. They did not give me a refund despite us never touching a kayak or water at all - avoid!!
