As I embarked on the 12-kilometer journey along Route 41, also known as the Scenic Route of National Sovereignty of the Senda del Huemul, I was immediately captivated by the breathtaking landscapes that unfolded before me. The route, which borders the entire course of the Rio de Las Vueltas, offered a mesmerizing view of the Patagonian wilderness. The anticipation of crossing the suspension bridge on foot, with the majestic Mt. Fitz Roy looming in the distance, filled me with a sense of adventure and wonder.

The journey to Estancia Bonanza was not just a physical one, but a journey into the heart of Patagonian culture.
