- El Cope National Park - Our experience starts from the pick-up in the hotel lobby, a 2-hour drive to reach the Omar Torrijos National Park in El Copé. The hike begins on the community path, full of vegetation and incredible views of the mountains. , the guide will be giving you information about the place and the importance of the Park, you will have a view of the Marta hill where the Omar Torrijos plane is located.

El Cope - The journey is approximately 45 minutes to the waterfall circuit.
Upon arrival you will enjoy 3 beautiful waterfalls of refreshing waters with impressive flows. At the end they will resume the path of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, upon arrival at the booth a delicious Creole lunch with lemonade will be waiting for us, as well as they will be able to buy local handicrafts, handmade hats and receive a brief explanation of hat making.

We’ll be embarking on a journey through the Omar Torrijos National Park in El Copé, a place brimming with a variety of habitats and native communities. Here, you’ll find artisans who craft our iconic ‘Painted’ hat. The trail is nestled amidst mountains, teeming with lush flora and offering captivating vistas. A view of Cerro Marta awaits you, the crash site of General Omar Torrijos’ plane. The three cascading waterfalls at the El Tigrero circuit are a sight to behold. The local community offers handcrafted items and the quintessential Panama hats for purchase. A brief education on the hat-making process is also provided.

Beautiful Waterfall Hike - This tour was a really nice getaway from the city for the day. The hike was challenging yet manageable and was a great way to get some activity in while still enjoying beautiful natural views along with a chance to cool off in the water by the waterfalls. The tour company was very responsive with communication and Edgardo was a fantastic guide. He provided a helping hand whenever I needed it and captured some great photos whenever I asked, which is always super helpful as a solo traveler.

Super nice waterfall day - Super nice day at the El Tigrero waterfall, it is the second tour that I do with Ourpanama and they are super punctual, wonderful places, friendly and careful about the safety of the tours, I booked for the next tours to continue discovering Panama with them
