Awesome service by Mauricio - Mauricio was very on point and careful during our airport pick up... when we got out the gate he was there with a sign, and it was very easy to spot him... alittle rain started pouring and he was even prepared with an umbrella, definately worth it!

Safe trip and comfortable! - As always with this company, everything was flawless! The driver was excellent, and even though we didn’t speak Spanish, he went out of his way to ensure we could understand each other, using translations tools and being extremely cordial. It was a perfect experience, and above all, safe!

Airport transfer to hotel - Our driver was waiting for us right as we exited customs with a sign with my name on it. He helped with our luggage and got us safely to our hotel while giving a bit of information (in Spanish) as to what we were passing. He was kind, thoughtful & punctual. Totally recommend.

just what I needed , effortless hassle free transfer. - John is a true gentleman. He kept in touch with me through WhatsApp messaging all through my trip. Instructions were crystal, clear and simple. He was waiting for us right in front of the exit door from Customs, with a prominent pink jacket and an iPad with our name on the screen. Doesn’t get any, easier than this. He gave us valuable tips on our short journey back to the hotel. We are very lucky to have him as our driver for our tour tomorrow. There was a big van to receive our family of five with ample room for our luggage. excellent smooth experience overall. Booking was a piece of cake all done through WhatsApp, taking only a couple of minutes, even though we added Airport transfer as a last-minute option. Hector at the Central office made it work for us without any hassle.

Reliable and Safe Transport 🚖 - Excellent communication and upon booking via WhatsApp. Payment was easy via credit card and a link. Booked them round trip (airport to hotel and the return ). Both the company and driver were in communication for the pickups. The driver met us up right after exiting the International Arrival door within the airport. They had my name and a distinctive pink vest. Both trips were safe and comfortable; no guesswork about money and waiting.
