Superb glamping road trip - As a family of 5, three of which children (9, 13 and 14), we thoroughly enjoyed this trip. It is definitely a long road trip, but totally worth the distance. It was a great opportunity to see central and southern Tunisia and was one of the highlights of our holiday. We were a little hesitant about the tent, but it was actually glamping, basic but comfortable and with a small bathroom and hot shower, right in the middle of the scrubland desert on the edge of the dunes in an oasis. The quad biking (extra) was well worth it, an amazing experience, through the dunes, followed by a dip in the thermal pool after. Not a cheap excursion, but the places we saw, especially on the second day, were spectacular and our guides made us feel safe the whole time and escorted us everywhere, giving us valuable information along the way, which is worth paying the extra for. The food was also very good and plentiful, especially considering the locations. We recommend this as a road trip without any hesitation for those wishing to see many of the cultural and historical sights of Tunisia. Many thanks to our guides and driver for making it so special.
