The best day! - From the very beginning, Randy was very helpful with organizing pickup/drop off and accommodated our Airbnb location pickup. Ivan was our driver during the tour and he was so kind and knowledgeable. We loved all the history and personal stories he shared with us. He ensured we had a great time the entire day and were able to see and do the things we wanted and even made special stops when we mentioned things we wanted to try!

Beautiful rainforest ! - Alonso was incredible! The trip was a bit long but he talk to us about so many beautiful things about Costa Rica and their culture . We did several stops and he was so knowledgeable about everything! He speaks Spanish and English and he’s super smart ! We were super impressed with the tour and it was such an amazing and unique experience. We were able to see up close the sloth, toucans , frog and many more .We were very pleased with him and with everything we experienced on our trip to Costa Rica ..pura vida 🇨🇷

AMAZING TOUR!!!!! - If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! If you’re considering booking this tour, do it. Just do it! Our tour guide Michael was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel like we were in good hands. Besides his impeccable customer service, he was extremely knowledgeable and taught us so much about Costa Rica and its nature, culture, and wildlife. We saw the rainforest, got to see a sloth (YAY), explored a beautiful waterfall, and had a yummy Costa Rican lunch. It can be hard to pick the right tour for you, so I hope this review helps in making your decision!

Best excursion ever!!!! - Mike was so so so amazing!!!!!! He made this trip incredible. He worked so hard to point out every animal we crossed paths with and was so knowledgeable about everything. He was a dream tour guide and we could not have had a better time!!!

Amazing Half-Day Excursion with Waterfalls and Sloths! - This was such a great half-day excursion! We were picked up by Marvin at our hotel at 10am, and went straight to the Llanos de Cortés waterfall! It really isn’t a hike, we walked down in 5min with flip flops! It was a beautiful waterfall and wasn’t crowded at all!! After we hung out there for 30-60 min (Marvin let us control our own time), we came back up, bout a few little trinkets and then headed to the wildlife Sanctuary! I would say we absolutely lucked out and had the craziest encounter with a sloth! He was very lively and right beside our faces. Saw maybe 4 more after that as well as some amazing flora, birds, frogs and an Eyelash Palm Pit Viper! Our tour guide did a fantastic job! The ride home was amazing and we stopped by a local’s house (his name was Gerardo) for his homemade cheese! It was absolutely amazing and so cheap! For a whole bag we paid $2 and brought it back for our hotel fridge to enjoy later :) All in all, a fantastic trip we’ll never forget 😍

Rain Forest - EXCELLENT!!! JC our guide was wonderful and actually help us spot 6 sloths, including a baby sloth that was only about 2 feet away from us. I highly recommend this trip!

Book Randy and Norman for an amazing day! - This was by far the best tour I could hope for! For weeks leading up to our visit, Randy answered my endless questions about the tours on offer, and tailored them perfectly for myself and my son. On our first tour Randy and Norman took us to the beautiful waterfall, followed by the coffee and chocolate making experiences. My son and I found this fascinating, and we were the only ones there, so felt very well looked after. Then my favourite part, the rainforest tour, where Allan our guide was waiting for us. He was amazing at spotting all sorts of wildlife, sloths, snakes, iguanas and birds. We were able to get some great photos. During all the driving, Norman was full of information about Costa Rica, so I could really appreciate this fantastic country. The private tour was spot on, having been on group tours before, this was worth every penny to be able to tailor the day. Lunch in a local restaurant was also terrific. A couple of days later, we went ATV riding. I had my son on the back with me, and although we got to see a stunning secret beach with pelicans and black vultures, the ride itself was little treacherous. The trail was a dried up river bed in places, and in others was very steep and rocky. I was nervous riding back, but Randy came and picked us up, as I didn't want to risk anything happening to my son. These guys are great - highly recommend!

Private Tour - Waterfalls, Volcano, Expansion Bridges and Hot Springs - Randy and Yerson were very informative and adapted the tour directly to our needs. They provided a lot of info on the area and what we were seeing. I would highly recommend booking with Randy.

Beautiful waterfall - Our tour guide and driver were really nice and informative. The waterfall was really beautiful. I enjoyed the restaurant with the authentic Costa Rican food.

We were ghosted - The trip never happened! We booked the tour, paid for it, got the e-tickets and received confirmation. We ended up waiting at our hotel lobby for an hour and no one showed up!! I sent several messages from TripAdvisor and never received any reply from the tour coordinator. TripAdvisor operators phoned the tour company and no one answered. We did get a refund 2 days later, Thanks to TripAdvisor, but for this tour company, this is not how you do business!!
