Magical Experience - Incredible and unforgettable trip with my family, we were treated very well and mainly on time. We were 5 people, we were accompanied by a driver called Salomon who was on our own, and always very helpful. He took photos of us, further enhancing the experience, something that wasn't even his obligation. And all with great desire to do. Unique experience that I would experience again, all the same way. I highly recommend Chile Experience, we also did a City Tour, where it was wonderful to see a little of the historic center. In addition to the transfer... it made us super safe, it made the experience much better. We thank Miguel and his entire team.

Complete waste of time! - I booked this tour and got a confirmation of a pick at 07:30am the next morning. At 07:05am the morning of the trip I received an email to say the tour had been cancelled! The tour provider did not answer the phone and Viator customer services said they could it contact the tour provider. At 07:41 I received an email from the tour provider explaining there had been a landslide so the tour was not possible, however I hired a car and travel to both locations advertised on the tour and there were no landslides and the weather at the dam was beautiful. I emailed the tour provider that evening asking why he had cancelled and he has not replied. This tour provider is unreliable and a lied about why he cancelled! I would not recommend this tour provider!
