Life is about experiences - This was a first class operation. Very friendly and competent guides and good equipment. Pickup and drop off were on time and accommodating. This was my first time ziplineing and glad I did it!

Great Experience! - My family had a great experience on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta for spring break. There is no accident history, which made us feel safe about going there. The staff made us feel comfortable, and they made the experience worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Family Experience - This was such a fun family experience. The guides were very informative and helpful, all we had to do was listen to instructions. It was our first time and I was super nervous, but they made it lighthearted and enjoyable. I faced my fears and am so glad I did, what a thrill! Thanks to Israel and Jorge for helping us make great memories! Would certainly do again.

YOU GOT TO DO THIS - OMG. it was great. First time Zip Lining for my wife and I, Jorge and Hiran were awesome. they took their time with us and were very courteous and cautious making sure we felt safe. They were fun and added some great excitement to our trip. Extra Beautiful scenery seeing it upside down. LOL. Lunch at their restaurant was good and with very friendly hospitality.

Fun and would return! - The zipline experience was amazing! Highly recommend ! Our guides were funny and made the experience awesome. Only wish it was little shorter because at the end we waited good hour to leave otherwise I would do it again.

Came for the need for speed, stayed for the laughs! - Okay, this was an amazing way to spend the day! Iran & Israel made every line an absolute blast, their love for their job made this a 10/10 experience! Hands DOWN do this, we had so much fun. The whole crew working up there were so friendly and welcoming, thanks a bunch!!

Good, but there is better. - This is fine for the price. But if you want the best zip line experience in Puerto Vallarta you need to go to canopy River zip lines. I have been on both and although canopy River is twice as expensive I feel it is worth every penny. It includes a mule/horse, ride up the mountain at the end of the tour. With canopy zip line you basically have to climb a lot of steps up to the various zip lines with the last zip line returning you to where you started. With canopy River zip lines you start at the top and you’re going downhill all the time. Canopy zip lines has nine zip lines whereas canopy river zip lines has 11 zip lines, (I remember it having 13 many years ago). I believe you have to go to Tripadvisor to find canopy river zip lines. I don’t believe Viator offers that.

Average - The zipline guides were great and friendly! We had a fun ziplining! However, the logistics/transportation was not well organized and communicated. We were picked up promptly at the meeting point. After ziplining part was over (took about 45-50 min), we were left in the forest for about 2.5 - 3 hours to wait on our own for the driver to take us back in town. There was no one with us to communicate on the status of our ride back in town. We were just left to wonder. It was a quite remote location in the forest with no options of public transportation/taxis to get out of there. In addition, we ran out of our water supply and there was no water or snacks offered to us while we were left to wait for our ride. So, be mindful of your time commitment when you sign up for this activity and especially, if you go with kids!
