Trip to the Pyramids, Cairo Museums, Churches, and Mosques
Pyramids of Giza - The Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx are not only the top attractions in Egypt but also among the most significant ancient monuments in the world. The Great Pyramids and the Sphinx are the only remaining wonders of the Ancient Seven Wonders of the World. Your trip to Egypt is incomplete without visiting the Pyramids of Giza. Even if you have visited Egypt multiple times, the Pyramids and the Sphinx at the base of the Giza plateau are iconic images of Egypt. Don’t forget to take a photo in front of them.
The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Commonly known as the Egyptian Museum or the Museum of Cairo, this museum in Cairo houses an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts. It has 120,000 items, with a significant number on display and the rest in storerooms.
Coptic Cairo - Coptic Cairo is a part of Old Cairo that includes the Babylon Fortress, the Coptic Museum, the Hanging Church, the Greek Church of St. George, and many other Coptic churches and historical sites.
Khan Al-Khalili - Khan el-Khalili is a major market in the historic center of Islamic Cairo. The bazaar district is a major attraction for both tourists and locals.
Fly to Luxor to Visit the Temples and Valley of the Kings with Your Guide - Flight Included
Temple of Karnak - The Karnak Temple is a vast temple complex in Luxor dedicated primarily to Amun, dating back to around 2000 BC. It is an impressive sight, second only to the Great Pyramids in popularity.
Luxor Temple - Located on the east bank of the Nile River in Luxor, this large ancient Egyptian temple complex was constructed around 1400 BCE. In the Egyptian language, it is known as Ipet Resyt, “the southern sanctuary.”
Valley of the Kings - The Valley of the Kings is the ancient burial ground of many of Egypt’s New Kingdom Pharaohs. It is a truly impressive site, home to Tutankhamen’s tomb, discovered almost intact in 1922, and the tomb of Ramses IV, among others. A ticket allows you to visit 3 of the 63 tombs on site, except for Tutankhamen’s tomb. The tombs have suffered from treasure hunters, floods, and mass tourism. The Ministry of Antiquities has installed dehumidifiers and glass screens in the worst-affected tombs and introduced a rotation system for opening tombs to the public while restoring others.
Temple of Hatshepsut - The temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the first lady of ancient Egypt, is a unique structure consisting of three floors cut into the cliffs of the Valley of the Kings. Queen Hatshepsut ruled Egypt for about 16 years after her brother-husband Thutmose II. She built this temple as a funerary temple and ruled Egypt as a male king because it was not allowed for a woman to rule. She married her brother to justify her right to the throne and later married her stepson Thutmose III, who eventually killed her and became king. He destroyed many of her monuments, but her temple remains a testament to her reign. Her mummy was discovered in the Egyptian Museum storerooms and is now displayed in the Mummy Room.
Colossi of Memnon - The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, who reigned during the 18th Dynasty. They have stood in the Theban Necropolis, west of the Nile River from Luxor, for the past 3,400 years.

Temple of Horus - This Ptolemaic temple, built between 237 and 57 BC, is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in Egypt. Preserved by desert sand, the temple is dedicated to Horus, the avenging son of Isis and Osiris. With its roof intact, it is one of the most atmospheric ancient buildings.
Temple of Kom Ombo - The Temple of Kom Ombo is an unusual double temple in Aswan Governorate, Upper Egypt, constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty (180–47 BC). The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, the god of fertility and creator of the world with Hathor and Khonsu.
Temple of Philae - One of Nubia’s most important monument sites, the Temples of Philae, located 12 kilometers south of Aswan, was an ancient pilgrimage center for the cult of Isis. This sacred site was venerated from the Pharaonic era to the Greek, Roman, and Byzantine periods, with each ruler adding their own touch. Saved from flooding by UNESCO’s rescue project, the temples were moved block by block from Philae Island to Agilika Island. Today, they continue to enchant visitors.
