A superb experience - Quite exceptional guided walk. It was managed faultlessly with taxos taking us to the start and end points. The walk itself had a little challenge but should be well within the capabilities of anybody of moderate fitness. Getting up close to a very recent major eruption was breathtaking. I thought I had some idea of eruptions but Juan our guide was terrifically informative. He talked us through the creation of La Palma and the effects of the 2021 eruption, making it live with his sensitive focus on the idea of a living landscape. We had very high winds but he was reassuring and realistic about handling them safely. A superb experience.

Easy route, well explained - Fantastic 5 km walk along the upper back of the Tajogaite volcano. You're about 250 yards away. Spectacular fields of ash on which the Canary pine slowly comes back to life.

Undoubtedly, Isla Bonita...and much more! - A wonderful island. I knew she was gonna look pretty to us, but I didn't expect that much. The landscapes, every corner, its people... an ideal trip. Fully recommended.

Perfect on a cruise day in port - A fabulous experience. We had a small group of 5 and our guide, Amanda, was very informative and attentive. The walk is not too difficult and doesn’t need any special equipment, if you can easily manage a 3 mile walk across fields and a couple of gentle hills you’ll be fine. Be prepared to get dusty and sand in your shoes though. We did it as a self-organised excursion on a cruise ship stop in s/c de la Palma. Very easy to get the 300 bus from right outside the port to El Paso - €1.35 each way and it takes about 40 minutes. Much better than any cruise ship tour!

Super hike, description somewhat inaccurate - Great hike, nice, well informed guide. Probably the most impressive hike this holiday, you should definitely do if you are moderately fit. A star deduction because: Booked was: German-speaking guide, maximum 6 people (or 8, am no longer sure) a "walk" of 4.5 km, from 3 years. The group had 15 people, guidance was English and Spanish, the route was 7km with decent altitude meters. The walking pace was fast, half the group looked like they had really done sports at the end. My 5 year old son didn't have the chance to go with the pace, so I carried him almost all the way in the Kraxe I had with me. It's all totally okay and I can only recommend the hike, but you should know beforehand...

A highly interesting island of topography, flora and fauna: A hiking paradise - Beautiful island, especially for hiking. We arrived by cruise ship and booked a private tour with Graja-Tours. We were looked after by Kirsten, who took us on a short hike in a beautiful nature reserve. This offered us a unique experience with amazing views of the Cumbrecita, among others. We also saw the devastating effects of the recent volcanic eruption, as well as the newly created volcano. A truly rewarding experience.
