Recommend! - I booked an airport transfer for my son travelling solo for the first leg of his European holiday. Everything went smoothly. Booking process and communication was good. Would definitely recommend!

Good Service - There were 7 people in our party arriving at the airport. After collecting our luggage we were looking for our driver, as there was some confusion as to where we were to meet. We finally made contact and headed for our van. The van was comfortable and was able to hold all our luggage. We were very pleased with our service!

Good experience - They did their job well. I arrived early and they were already on their way. Communication is good and quick. Driver was actively looking for me with the sign, comparing to other companies, their drivers were just holding the sign and chatting to each other.

Excellent Service - J&G Elegance Transportation Company provided excellent service. Our flight to Barcelona arrived on time, but getting through Customs was a 2hour nightmare. Barcelona airport to hotel - Our driver Luis was very professional and helpful. Our flight was over 1 hour late and in addition our bags were not delivered from the flight. Through all of this delay Luis waited patiently for us and always shared a positive attitude!

Great trip from the airport to our hotel. - Our driver met us in the airport and helped us with our luggage. She was very nice and professional. Worth the money! We saw others taking taxi cabs and had to handle their own luggage. Very pleasant ride after a long day of travel.

Phenomenal transfer from airport services - After doing much research I decided on this company for transportation for my daughter from the airport to a Barcelona hotel for a pre-cruise night stay. I sent an email inquiry and got a response within 24 hours. They asked for specific details regarding our needs ( English speaking driver, accessible concerns etc..) and provided a competitive reasonable quote for the services. They provided a link for payment about 3 weeks before. Just as they detailed, they provided regular updates within 24 hours of service regarding who the driver would be and confirming all flight information. The driver was on time, assisted my daughter with her luggage and pointed out a few things to her of interest during the drive to the hotel. My daughter felt safe and well taken care of during her interaction with the driver which is key when traveling alone as a young female. I highly recommend this company and definitely plan to use them again when we travel to Barcelona next year.
