Outstanding Service - We had an excellence experience with J & G Elegance Cars. The communication was outstanding. Our driver was professional and waiting for us when we arrived. Excellent!!! - Excellent customer service. Even though our flight was early - Angel was reachable by phone and arrived almost immediately. Large Mercedes Benz minivan was spotless, comfortable and accommodated all our luggage.

Recommend! - I booked an airport transfer for my son travelling solo for the first leg of his European holiday. Everything went smoothly. Booking process and communication was good. Would definitely recommend!

Good Service - There were 7 people in our party arriving at the airport. After collecting our luggage we were looking for our driver, as there was some confusion as to where we were to meet. We finally made contact and headed for our van. The van was comfortable and was able to hold all our luggage. We were very pleased with our service!

Good experience - They did their job well. I arrived early and they were already on their way. Communication is good and quick. Driver was actively looking for me with the sign, comparing to other companies, their drivers were just holding the sign and chatting to each other.

Excellent Service - J&G Elegance Transportation Company provided excellent service. Our flight to Barcelona arrived on time, but getting through Customs was a 2hour nightmare. Carlos our Driver stayed and was warming waiting for us when we finally exited Customs. Much Appreciated. Would highly recommend their Services.John Mc

Barcelona airport to hotel - Our driver Luis was very professional and helpful. Our flight was over 1 hour late and in addition our bags were not delivered from the flight. Through all of this delay Luis waited patiently for us and always shared a positive attitude!

Great overall experience.... - Great overall experience. Driver was courteous and professional, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Bottle water was provided by the driver, which was a nice and appreciated touch. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is because the driver was not waiting for us when we exited the customs area, creating some anxiety. Thankfully, he showed up a few minutes later and the rest of the experience was great.
