Car Service BCN to City Center Hotel - Excellent service. Immigration at BCN Prat was backed up causing me to be held up 1 hour 40 minutes before I could even get my bags. Boris my driver texted me twice to calm me down that he was waiting so not to worry. The Mercedes was show room spotless clean. Boris is a good safe driver and provide great suggestions for “ local” places to eat authentic Cataline. I will certainly reserve JG on future trips to Barcelona and have them as a favorite on my TripAdvisor. I highly recommend them. —Mark T.

Excellent for a large group. - Booked buses for transfer from the airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port for 100 people. Service was top notch. I highly recommend. Worked with Reme who was responsive and greeted us at the airport. The drivers for both legs were excellent. They helped with luggage and were courteous and professional.

Great transfers - The service from the airport and to the port from hotel couldn’t have been better. Both drivers were on time and professional but friendly. The cars were clean and in great condition. I hope to use their service again.

I remember being thrilled when we found we had the same driver two of the three times we used J&G Elegance during our trip. Both drivers were lovely, professional, and on time. The vehicles were spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend J&G Elegance to anyone and I look forward to using their services again next time I am in Barcelona. Communication with the company was easy despite the seven hour time difference. I communicated mainly via email. I had one call with them while in Barcelona that was also a positive experience for this non Spanish speaking traveler.

Highly Recommend - Fantastic service from pickup to drop-off. We stayed in the Gothic District and this car service has access through the streets to drive us right to the front door of the hotel. Not all car services have this access, so you will have to drag your luggage through the streets. Driver was very friendly and professional.

Perfect transfer - Hassle free transfer. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign just outside baggage claim. It was a clean vehicle with plenty of room for our family of five and all the luggage. Easy and stress free way to get to Barcelona city!
