Lost in translation can happens - The driver was nice however he was late. The problem was that when you book a service thru Viator the company that we are thinking we are booking is not the one providing the service. The person that confirmed my booking and told me I was going to be picked up at 8pm hired another person to picked me up and the actual driver was waiting for me at a different address even though I provided the correct address to the person that confirmed my booking. They need to communicate better to avoid things like this.
