A glass of Hollera (a red wine made through carbonic maceration) paired with “Almogrote.”
A glass of Monje Tradicional (a young red wine) paired with Canarian Chorizo and wrinkled potatoes.
Winery tours are conducted in Spanish and English, with additional tours in French and German available on selected days (weekends only in English at 3 pm). Please specify your preferred language when booking. The estimated duration for this activity is 90-120 minutes.
Tours are scheduled at the following times: 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00.

Partake in our Mojo workshop complemented with a wine tasting session. Relish freshly cooked bread paired with an assortment of spreads (Watercress butter, goat’s cheese with spices and chorizo perro), enjoy cheese slices served on toasted bread and try the special wrinkled potatoes with mojo, all accompanied by three servings of our exquisite young wines.
