Do not miss- experience culture and history through food and wine - This is a do not miss tour! Wines and AMAZING food- we were so full we didn’t need dinner or anything after the tour. Money well spent. Miriam was a delightful, energetic, passionate, educational host. We had so much fun learning about the history and culture as it is seen through food and drink. We loved learning about the food and wine and even more loved tasting it!!! A perfect day and we can’t thank Miriam for sharing her passion of food and culture with us. 10/10 would recommend.

A must do... - Fantastic 6.5 hour trip to winery followed by stops at an outstanding viewpoint, historic balcony house and beautiful botanic gardens. Lunch at a traditional restaurant was superb. Huge portions! Diego, our driver/host was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Booking was straightforward with subsequent great communication on pick up time and what type of vehicle we would be travelling in. This was an amazing experience.

Private pick up, wine tasting and tour of the cellars and lunch in a rustic, local restaurant in the mountains - Our guide Diego was outstanding. He picked us up from our apartment and took great care to tell us the history of the islands, answer our questions and take us to little viewpoints that were off the beaten track. The local restaurant and his menu choices was outstanding, particularly the pork roasted on the bbq.

5/5 book this trip! - I can't say enough good things about this trip. From the moment we got picked up it was nothing but 5 stars. Indira was fantastic and pointed out different highlights. She was easy to talk to and conversation was great. First stop was a winery where we sampled 3 different varieties along with appetizers. We then got a tour of the place. Second stop was authentic Canary food.... wow! We would have never found this place on our own! Amazing! Indira then went above and beyond what she needed to and helped us get our rental car and guided us back at night so we wouldn't get lost. The entire experience was lovely!

An amazing local experience - Can not recommend this tour enough! Our guide, Miriam, was amazing and provided a ton of local information. The wine tasting and tour were wonderful and the guachinche lunch was so much fun. I’m so glad we did this.

Great Local Experience! - This tour exceeded our expectations! We did a joint tour with family members and friends, and Indira and Joel did an excellent job. Our group largely understood Spanish, but they did a remarkable job of covering the tour in both English and Spanish. We were taken to Casa del Vino, which has a very detailed history of the wines in Tenerife showcased in exhibits. The views on this part of the island are amazing, and they ensured we saw the best of those coastal views! Then on to a tour and wine tasting at Monje Winery along with some delicious tapas. Our guides at that winery did a wonderful job with the tour. To top it off, we were taken to a great local restaurant called Guachinche Los Gomez. Great food, and the local popularity was evident by the crowds that showed up after we arrived! All in all, we highly recommend this! Thank you Indira and Joel.

It was a completely pleasant day - Our tour guide was very informed and amazingly courteous. He gave an excellent tour and was full of information. Ability to communicate so amicably made our trip that much better.

Highly recommend! - Our guide Diego was reallly good, kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about Tenerife and its history The food at the Guachinche was really good, the best food I've had so far in Tenerife. The wine was nice! Bodegas Monje was interesting and I liked the winetasting paired with some snacks. We also stopped at some viewpoints, La Casa del Vino and other places Can highly recommend!

A trip with Hoppalas - Unfortunately, we were unlucky that the German-speaking guide was prevented on that day and the winery then made only Spanish tours on that day. So actually everything was different than we wanted and had ordered. But Miriam our company made up for it all. In their lively and loving way, we talked wonderfully despite language barriers and visited additional beautiful viewpoints. It was really a very nice day with her. We've seen a lot.
