Great wine, great view, great tour - We had such a great time on our tasting tour. The wines we tried were great and the paired cheeses were as well. Definitely recommend this winery.

It’s a must! - Amazing place to visit, not just for the wine. I would recommend the tour and tasting. Wonderful views from the sea to Teide

Great memorable wine tasting - Great view, great wines! So happy we booked the wine tasting here and had a fabulous table outside. I wish I knew they had lunch as would have included lunch in our plans.

Wine and sex 😉 - We truly enjoyed the tour through the winery and the tasting. Sonya was knowledgeable, friendly, and professionally answered all questions, providing insights into the local vineyards. The tagline: wine and sex (naughty and tasteful). Lovely excursion🫶

Beautiful place - Second time visiting this place and this time we brought friends. We got a taxi from the cruise terminal in Santa Cruz. About 20 mins and €40 each way. Very easy to arrange. Did the tour which is well presented and very informative. Then had a wine tasting of 5 wines. We got some nibbles and cheese to go with this and paid extra but you can also book tastings with food included. You can also taste more wines if you like! We also ate lunch in the restaurant there and it was amazing. Great food with fabulous views, although it was a bit foggy by the time we finished but that's North Tenerife for you! The on site shop is great. Good selection of wines and other produce and to suit all budgets. No hard sell whatsoever. They also have some nice souvenirs to buy. Only thing I would say is that when we booked from the UK we were quoted €360 for transport from and to the port in Santa Cruz. As I said the taxi was only €40 each way and was easily arranged so don't be afraid to make your own way. Definitely worth a trip if you like good wine or even just to see the lovely location and eat the food. And now this bodegas exports to the UK so happy days!

Tasting and Guide - Very good explanation from Sergio. It was advisable to make the tasting, we did not know which of the 4 wines we got from how good they were.

Nice visit. Vin ok. - Beautiful ancestral estate. Easy access with parking. The Guide had a very strong accent and was very difficult to understand. Too bad. Wine ok and very good cheeses. Nice visit.

The Arnaque - The place is very beautiful on the side of a mountain. This is the first time I get the Impression of being a tourist pigeon when visiting a cellar! Having travelled 30 km by scooter to visit it, I agreed to pay to be able to enter the cellar. Mandatory guided tour in a group of 25 people without interest. In France the visits are free and always end with a tasting, but not at MONJE! Here you have to pay 15€ to taste 3 wines, three glass bottoms (cata in Spanish) the wine was very disappointing low in degree and tannin. For sale the bottles were between 10 and 200 € and it is the cheapest wines that were imposed on us. TO FLEE
