A serene atmosphere in this beautiful park and a lovely house and one of the best sights in the Warsaw area. Well worth a visit. - There is a serene atmosphere in this very beautiful and colourful park (quite rare for Poland), with a calming backdrop of Chopin music playing whilst you walk around. There are numerous benches in shaded areas to sit down on a hot summers day. The house was lovely too and had a pleasant feel to it. Interesting to see Chopin's pianos. This is one of the best sights in the Warsaw area. Well worth a visit. Best of all it is free on Mondays, which mean that you can buy something to support the venue instead.

Chopin birthplace- DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP - The driver never showed up for our tour. We called after 5 minutes, sent messages, and had the hotel call as well, no one ever responded. We cancelled after a half an hour of waiting. So unprofessional to not even show up. I had one day in Poland to visit Chopin’s birthplace before we had to fly to Germany, so we had to take an Uber over 60 miles, ask the driver to wait for us (with the meter running) and then drive back the 60 miles to Warsaw. What a waste of a day and so disappointing. If you can’t follow through on what people have scheduled, why can’t you call or email to tell them? I just don’t understand. Who does that? I should have taken what I read in other reviews seriously, it sounds like they have no-showed other people in the past. So unprofessional.
