The best wine tourism in Bulgaria - I'm a wine lower and this winery was for long in my list as I sometimes buy their wines from liqueur stores in the UK. I checked them online and I just wanted to visit. It's a stunning place off the highway connecting Sofia and Bourgas. Piece of heaven with wonderful wines, vines and guide. It's actually in the top 3 in Bulgaria for wine with lots of international awards from prestigious competitions. A real gem if you want pure wine tourism. They have a hotel which i did not use as I was there for approx 3 hours only.

Bad, absolutely bad, absolutely disappointed - ❌The wine is one of the best in Bulgaria, but the hospitality is extremely bad, I would even say it is non-existent. I wanted to take guests to do a tasting and a visit to the cellar, calling in advance to ask if they had free hours and if it was possible for us to visit them, since we were going to go there specially from Sofia and come back, they told us that us possible after 12:00. When we arrived they explained to us that they had work in the cellar and there was no way to make the visit now, maybe after 17-18:00 until then we can use the pool or the restaurant... I explained to the woman that we had spoken on the phone with them and had gotten up specially from Sofia just to visit them and if it is possible for them to give us some kind of tour, even if it is not the standard one, after conversations with the manager they again told us that there is no way. So my guests and I spent a total of 8 hours on the road to visit the place and we saw nothing, the staff and management did not in any way try to come up with a solution to the situation :)
