lovely experience with great tour guide - We had a great day out with our very knowledgeable and funny tour guide Peter. He was entertaining and professional with a really lovely personality. The Healesville Sanctuary was great fun we had just about enough time to see everything and Peter reminded us not to miss the bird show which was amazing! The meeting time was confusing though. TripAdvisor said 8:30am but then WineHop texted the day before to say it's 9:15am. Perhaps WineHop could provide a slightly more spacious tour bus because there's no overhead space to put bags (we were traveling with young children so carrying more stuff)

Great tour, healesville... - Great tour, healesville sanctuary was highlight of the trip! Our guide (Harvey) was very friendly and made the trip very enjoyable. He got a lot of great photos for us and other people on the tour on the puffing billy. The train ride is about an hour and you can sit on the windowsill looking out during the ride which is very cool! Emerald lake is just a brief stop, the big focuses are the train, healesville, and the yarra valley chocolatery. I loved the sanctuary, one of the best places I've been to in terms of the zoos and sanctuary trips I've done. They have a platypus and that was a big highlight! I was also able to reach out ahead of time to get the exact time we would be at the sanctuary to book an additional 'meet a kangaroo' experience directly through the sanctuary and that was awesome. Huge shoutout to Harvey for going above and beyond after the trip too because I left something on the bus and he dropped it off at my hotel for me, was so kind and really appreciated!

Wine Hop Tours are the best. - We had a great time with Gavin who was our guide. He made the experience even more enlightening and had an excellent sense of humor. Needed more time at the Sanctuary.

Interesting and worthy trip - Interesting tour with an excellent guide. Jack has been real entertaining and a funny guide. Thumbs up to Jack.

Must try! - One of a kind experience must try if you are in Melbourne. The tour included the Puffing train , the sanctuary and the Yarra valley chocolate factory. Its a full day experience.

Puffing Billy and Chocolates - Matty our guide was great. He took videos of our train trip from the road and emailed us. My mom was really happy as the train was part of he wish list. We got the whole coach to our own group which is great as there are not a lot of people. Do try the ice cream at Yarra Valley. They are great

Great trip - It was a pleasure to sit in an open carriage and we pulled by a steam locomotive - it brought back memories of childhood in England when steam reigned supreme. While not actually sitting with my legs out - I am 90 - it was fun to watch others do it.

Great trip - Just a pleasant trip and we enjoyed it. If this is a request for my opinion I will tell it in as many words as I wish.

Did this tour for the... - Did this tour for the puffing Billy and it didn’t disappoint. Sanctuary was nice for our young kids.
