Pleasantly surprised - I was pleasantly surprised. Make sure you set the app up and download the files before you leave, but it was overall a great experience. If you're in a group, it's a good idea to have someone who's comfortable reading out all the information.

Two ladies, having fun exploring Norwich… this game and the App used was brilliant 👏👍😍 - Brilliant, interesting, informative and great fun.10 out of 13 chapters completed Castle was closed

Well worth It - Great way to see the key medieval sites in Norwich. Some less well known despite being in the heart of the city. App was easy to use after initial problems validating the code and getting the game to open not helped by the poor signal in many parts of Norfolk.

Nice way to explore a city - Really enjoyed this was a perfect way to engage 14 year old son! Had a problem with one of the clues as couldn't get into castle?! However a nice security guard helped us by taking phones inside to activate questions and we guessed answer !

Fun but Glitchy - A good way to see historic locations that are not destinations. Glitchy with maps and I had trouble finding some plaques that would have provided answers to the hunt questions. The castle stop requires you to enter the pay area, but I was going to do that anyway. It was a fun thing to do but it could use some improvements.

Great start, disappointing finish - It started off well and was interesting. However, when you reach the cathedral the instructions are not clear enough and you lose internet connectivity.
Also, the route took me through Norwich School which was a prohibited route. The groundsman jokingly said that this happens all the time.
Please fix the routes for the next customer. I loved the historical knowledge however.

Disappointed - Unfortunately we were unable to access the app and few places were up for refurbishment and couldn’t go in. So just went around trying to visit some of the sites that were open and accessible
