Entertaining and interesting tour. - The guided tour given by Mike, an x prison officer with 30 years l experience was incredibly interesting & inciteful. It gave us a history of this prison & the prison system &prison life, as we toured the different areas of the prison. In his talk, Michael explained things really clearly & used many anecdotes & his love of the job was evident in his enthusiastic presentation. We’d highly recommend this guided tour. It was most enjoyable.,

History at its best! - An absolutely amazing tour of a piece of history. Our tour went a little over the time they said it would take but that was because of the information that the guide knew, nobody minded we were enthralled! Our guide-Michael-was fantastic. His knowledge was incredible but also the engagement with the group we were with was brilliant. The cafe is a lovely environment from the welcoming and friendly staff, to the choices available! A lovely area to sit and chill. A must see experience!

Five Stars! - This was so interesting and informative. The guide was passionate about the subject and I asked so many questions. He was very engaging. I visited solo but this would be a great activity with friends, colleagues and family too. I spent three hours there. I had a coffee and a delicious slice of chocolate cake at the restaurant where the staff were jovial and friendly. I ended my afternoon there with a visit to the gift shop where there was a selection of souvenirs to buy. Definitely recommend!
