Best Antigua Tour with ELMO!!!!:D - Our guide ELMO was very attentive, funny and entertaining and gave us an amazing private tour of the island..with lots of interesting facts on history of Antigua, current facts..while taking good care of us and taking lots of funny pictures :). It was definitely one of the best tours we ve had so far, Elmo also stopped several times to get us some traditional things to try from the island such as coconut water or an island special ananas-ginger drink. From our side a big thank you for allowing us to get to know the island with u during our short stay!!! D&D

It felt like a VIP trip. - I booked thinking it would be a group tour and it was only me, I felt like a VIP! The driver / guide, known on the island as 'The Crabman' was really good, taking me to the places that I wanted to visit (the Cricket stadium) and telling me lots about life on Antigua. After crossing the island through villages and the 'bush', I spent some at Shirley Heights and Nelson's Dockyard and then we went along the Fig Tree Drive route. The forests are a real contrast to the island's beaches. We then stopped for a break on Darkwood Beach, an absolute delight. Think of the picture postcard image of white sand and turquoise sea and you are thinking of this beach. There was a local place to eat if you wanted to but soaking up the sun and bathing in the sea was just wonderful. We then went through the capital, St Johns, and the tour was over. It was a great way to see the island, get an insight into island life and work out where you might want to return to.
