Unforgettable Uganda Safari - It was a great experience to go for an individual safari tour in Uganda, organized by Entebbe Safaris based on our plans. My niece and I visited three national parks during our trip. We arrived in Entebbe and spent a day at Lake Victoria. Sherinah came for tea to discuss some details of the days ahead. The next day our driver/guide Hussein came to pick us up with his minibus. Our first national park was Murchison Falls. Great game drive with Elephant, Giraffe, Oribi and Uganda Kob, followed by a boat ride on the Nile River with Hippos and Crocodiles, and a hike to the great waterfalls. Next we went to Fort Portal where we visited the local king‘s palace. A clean city, embedded by tea plantations. After that, the highlight of our trip: tracking the mountain gorillas in Rushaga, Bwindi. Impressive gorilla family visit in the rain forest! After a relaxing day at Lake Bunyoni we spent two more nights in Lake Mburo National Park, where we met the Zebras and Impalas, as well as the rare and shy Elan Antilopes during another game drive and MTB safari. After the organized trip we spent some days at the River Nile in Jinja and Mukono. Sherinah of Entebbe Safaris ([email protected]) did a great job organizing everything according to our wishes. Hussein was a competent and careful guide/driver. Highly recommended.
