after booking the traveler informs us about his flight details so that we arrange the appropriate car for transport, we wait the travelers at the arrival gate with a banner with travelers name written on, then after receiving the travelers we make sure that the client has received all his baggage and his travel mates are in place if any, then we help out the traveler(s) to carry the baggage to the car and then start our journey to the travelers point of dock.along the way we give information as needed by the traveler(s)
