Private Pablo Escobar Escape Route Tour "exclusive access inside cathedral - Steven was an awesome tour guide. Friendly, funny, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. We had a blast with him. easy online reservation and he arrived few minutes early to pick us up from Marriott Medellin which was good. Everything was just as described and the information provided during the tour was super, extra ordinary and above my expectation. Steven being bilingual was great,he was more than tour guide but like a friend and family member. We would definitely recommend this tour company

Awesome Tour With Carlos is Your Guide - Nothing about this tour was extraordinary in terms of the places they took us. There were other tours at every spot we went to for the most part. The thing, though, that set this tour apart was our tour guide, Carlos. Carlos, a former policeman during the Escobar-era was able to give unparalleled insight as to what it was like to live and serve during those times. He is one of 3 policeman from his academy class of 130 that is still alive! So surreal and humbling. Admittedly, i have not taken any other tours of this type, but it is really hard to imagine any tour being better without Carlos as your guide.

Best tour EVER! Do yourself a favor and take this tour! - I was so excited to take this tour and felt like I knew more than enough to lead it myself. I was blown away by the excitement, energy and knowledge of Carlos. Not only did he think of every comfort for this trip but with his history as a member of the Search Block he brought the history alive and added such a personal touch. I have been on numerous tours on my travels and I can not say enough about how this exceeded my highest of expectations. I would easily have paid 10 times more for this experience. Carlos you made my entire trip to Colombia with this trip amazing and I can not thank you enough for your time and thoughtfulness. Charge more you are worth every penny and then some.

Excellent tour with Wilson - This tour was a great all-around experience. Wilson took us to various sites of significance in Pablo Escobar's life, including Pablo's prison, the Monaco building, the neighborhood where Pablo was killed, and Pablo's grave. He provided us with in depth information throughout the tour. He was very knowledgeable about each topic and taught us a lot about Pablo's life and his impact on Medellin today. Wilson made the tour a lot of fun as well and gave us a much better understanding of the city. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Medellin!

This is the Pablo Escobar tour you want - Julio was our guide and he was great! As watchers of the Narcos series, we went to all the key areas we wanted to see from the show. Julio was funny and had interesting information to share. He was able to tell us the truth from the fiction. Reasonable price too.

Pablo Escobar Tour with Kevin - We went on a tour with Kevin and visited: Monaco Building (Pablo’s Penthouse) Envigado, La Paz (Pablo´S Hometown),La Miel (Pablo´S Prison),Pablo/Griselda Blanco’s Graveyard, Downtown Medellin, Los Olivos (Pablo’s Final Hideout) and La catedral (Pablo’s Prision). It was a great experience and we learned a lot from Kevin. It is nice to have a Colombian's perspective rather than an outsiders. We did not idolize Escobar, but we learned about his upbringing up unto his death and the impact he had on Medellin. Kevin was great because he was knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to help us get futbol (soccer) tickets. He knew the city inside and out! Thank you Kevin!!
