This is your sole transportation option from Ercolano Scavi Station to Vesuvius Park. Buses commence their journey to Vesuvius Park every hour from 9.00 to 16.00. A 30-minute ride will bring you to the park’s parking section, located at a 1,000-meter elevation. After this, you have two hours to explore Vesuvius Park and make your way to the peak. Following the completion of your tour, a 30-minute return bus ride will bring you back to Ercolano Scavi station.

Children under 6 who are able to sit on their parents’ laps are eligible for a discounted ticket. To avail a free ticket to enter Vesuvius Park, parents are required to present proof of their child’s age at the park’s entrance point.
