- Alto de La Farrapona - The journey begins with a drive toward the Alto de la Farrapona mountain pass.
Travelers will be captivated by the wild beauty of the rocky mountains and pass through areas with several viewpoints perfect for bear watching.
Upon reaching Alto de la Farrapona, a leisurely hiking route to La Cueva Lake (1-hour round trip) will commence. From the Alto de la Farrapona lookout, breathtaking views surrounded by majestic mountains can be enjoyed.
