At 6:25 p.m. we go to the meeting point and upon identifying the guide (Hugo), he “invites” us not to make the visit. That if we are unconscious, with the cold it is, that if the best thing we can do is go and have a cup of broth, that he is forced to be there, but if not he would be somewhere else... We leave looking like fools and annoyed for not having been able to see Cuenca on a guided tour. If the worker is not willing to do what they are paid, do not give the option of visits at 6:30 p.m. They tell us that only at 11:30 a.m. and we organize the agenda accordingly. And we cannot say more about the professionalism of the guide, it seems that it is only cold on December 10 in Cuenca…
