Discovering a Local Gem with a great guide - Even as a local, I had never visited Montjuic Cemetery before. It was an eye-opener. The place is beautiful and SO quiet (except for the scary seagulls!!!). The unique graves and the history behind them were fascinating. Our guide was excellent and very professional. I learned a lot about my own city and will tell my local and international friends to do this tour!

Do it! Highlight of our trip to Barcelona - Do it! Highlight of our trip to Barcelona This tour was a highlight of my trip to Barcelona. Montjuic Cemetery is a spectacular place that not many people seem to know about or visit… we were the only ones there! The graves are incredibly unique (except you do get a bit Angel-tired).The guide Yannis' stories were captivating. I particularly enjoyed learning about the Civil War mass grave and memorial. Highly recommend this tour!

Most unique tour ever! - This is my third time doing a cemetery tour (the other ones were in Edinburgh and Paris) and I have to say this was the best one! There is something about the Monjuic that takes your breath away. It architecture, symbolism, the way that the mountain has been devoured by the graves. The knowledge of the guide was also unfathomable, he gave us a fascinating understanding of the architecture of the cemetery and also wonderful stories from the lives of the most famous and prominent people had been buried there.Truly an amazing tour!
