Great Gaudi, Parc Guell tour - Our guide brought us thru the gauntlet of an immense crowd. Being in August the park was sold out, and the park is large, so it was crucial to have an experienced guide to ensure we both saw the many sites within the park and learned to appreciate the designs Gaudi employed. Our guide met the challenge and exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Totally Gaudi! Fantastic tour - Worth every penny! - Truthfully, I was very skeptical about getting a guided to the park as I already had several guide books and figured that this park would be pretty self explanatory.
However, Olga Escribano was fantastic and proved me wrong. She was -as she wd describe — purely ‘Gaudi’ as she was attentive , personal , humorous and very informative. She was always mindful of finding shade when we stopped to discuss something as the sun was quite hot in July, and she had great energy, more information than I had in any of my books AND was FAR more entertaining. She even was willing to help take photos of group members and I especially appreciated each of us having an auditory device with earbuds that allowed us all to hear her speaking in a normal voice that didn’t disturb other groups and ensured we all could easily hear her. I had heard angry prior reviews that members in group tours could not hear their guide and is this totally eliminated this problem
We stayed after the tour to explore the rest of the park on our own time. Beautiful vistas and a great experience. Thank you Olga Escribano and Golden Tours !

It's 3 STARS because of the Travel Company's Unwillingness to Accomodate our Booking Error - The Park is interesting and I would recommend to start there early AM and walk around the sites. Can do the park in 2 hours. Then walk or taxi or Uber it to other Gaudi creations on Passeig de Gracia. Finish the day by walking down to a restaurant in Las Rhamblas to end by the cruse ship port or nigthlife by the W Hotel.
Back to the Park...I booked what I thought was an English language tour but it was German (both languages were listed which was confusing in my rush to get the time slot). The local tour coordinator, refused to put us with the next English guided tour and that ruined the guided experience. Truth is you don't need the guide to walk aoriund the Park, but they give priority to the tour guides to enter the buildings.
