Best tapas tour in town! - Me and my friends did the tapas tour and it blew our expectations out of the water! the 4 restaurants visited were traditional and the food was amazing. each stop had 1 tapa and 1 drink that was paired by Diego our guide. two of the stops were my particular favorite as they were upscale but the food was so down to earth! we finished the experience in a 120 year old wine celler in a private dinning room with the other guests enjoying a main dish (i suggest the octopus y fav) a dessert and bottomles wine pairing! Overall 11/10 stars if i could!

A highlight of our trip to Madrid! - We did a Paella cooking class with these guys and when they told us about this tapas tour we immediately signed up. Diego was our guide for the evening and he took us to 4 very different but amazing local tapas bars that we would never have found on our own. He selected our dishes based on what we liked and didn't like and then paired them with local Spanish wines. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Madrid. The food was amazing and we got to experience how the locals live and socialise. The evening finished off back at the Cooking Clubhouse with a main dish and dessert and free flow wine. When we walked back in the place smelt amazing as there was a tapas cooking class in progress.... next time :-) I would recommend you do this early in your trip so you can leverage this new knowledge into the rest of the dining experiences while in the country.
