The Solar de Samaniego Winery in Laguardia has roots going back to 1968, with literature being a significant part of its heritage since the first wines were produced from its Finca La Escobosa, once owned by the 18th-century writer Félix MarÃa de Samaniego.
The Beber Entre LÃneas project carries forward this literary essence, inspiring the restoration and reinterpretation of the winery’s distinctive industrial architecture. This endeavor involves collaboration with artists from various fields, including the famous interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán and the esteemed Australian muralist Guido van Helten, who has transformed the winery’s old warehouses with a monumental artistic intervention.

Everything was excellent, a very well run visit to the winery. - A magnificent visit that Marta gave us with the winery. In addition to delving into the history of Rioja, I did not teach and explain the winery and we tried three magnificent wines.

Good experience - We visited the winery for the second time, the first was many years ago, we had very good memories because we stayed to eat in a dining room with a large fireplace where they make the chops, which we loved and we were pleasantly surprised to see how it has improved. But not only the dining area, the wine cellar is beautiful.
We loved the view we did with Marta, excellent guide,

Must visit - Super recommended visit, combining literature and wine, history and beautiful views. Marta is an excellent guide who knows the winery in depth, the winery is very beautiful inside, tastefully decorated and the drawings painted on the buckets are impressive. Vidits with a face Recommended, as well as the subsequent meal, very reasonable price and dining room with views. A very pleasant wine experience.

Very original winery with an excellent guide - Very pleasant and enjoyable visit,
Good explanation from Marta, being very close and cheerful. Winery with a very successful interior charm. I think that the visit is missing a visit to see a small part of the process from when the grape arrives at the winery until it is bottled for marketing.
