Pure adventure - Excursion as described. Pick up directly sm port. Slightly longer journey but definitely worthwhile. Punctual and reliable.

Challenging and exciting. - We had a great time. The trail was just challenging enough to make it fun. Amazing sights. Driving thru the recent lava fields was a highlight.

Pacaya volcan shore excursion - Overall the experience was good. My only concerns were the guide who picked us up at the cruise ship terminal hardly spoke any English. We had requested an English speaking guide. My husband speaks some Spanish so we could get by. The only thing was my husband repeatedly ask to speak English and she would for a few seconds then go back to speaking Spanish to him, so I had no idea what we were looking at or what they were talking about. I know Guatemala is a Spanish speaking country but if you advertise English speaking guides it would be nice if they spoke at least some English. It would not have been good if my husband didn't understand a little Spanish. Also we were picked up in someone's personal car which was not in the best shape. IE wholes in the seats and a little dirty. The ATV part was great. The views and photo opps. were fantastic. Overall this was a good excursion, everyone was friendly and we felt safe.

A day well spent - I was very worried about getting back to the ship on time, as the ship kept bumping our leave time earlier and earlier. They messaged me that all would be well though, and it was. They did cram 12 of us in to the van like sardines for the 1.5 hour drive each way, so that was certainly uncomfortable. Once we were there, however, we all got our own ATV. I had expected to ride double with my husband but I actually enjoyed learning to operate the vehicle. The teenage boy who took us up did an excellent job watching out for us and making us feel safe. We feel like we saw a lot of the countryside and enjoyed seeing the caldera and volcano. I would recommend this trip.

For Adventurous People - The tour was well organized and the guides were great and accommodating. We hadn’t been on ATVs before. We took the trail instead of the main road and the trail was challenging but really fun. The ATV ran great.

Terrible experience - Attempted to contact to possibly get even a partial refund due to becoming ill the morning of my excursion, no response or refund was received. Terrible experience and communication.
