The Český Krumlov Free Tour sets off from the main square of Český Krumlov daily at either 10:30 AM or 2 PM. Your tour guide will be identifiable by a red t-shirt and a matching red umbrella.
Purchasing this ticket serves as a substitute for a donation at the conclusion of the tour.

Great tour - Super awesome tour! Jan is on top of his game. I was on the tour with 3 teenagers and even they liked it. The tour doesn't feel like it is 2 hours long. Thanks a lot!

Everything you’re looking for! - The perfect mix of history, both medieval and much more recent. Jan grew up in Cesky Krumlov and is a true local. His English and his fund of knowledge are both great. To “ice the cake,” he has a good sense of humor. Take his tour! 👍🏼👍🏼

Most beautiful town I’ve ever seen - The Cesky Krumlov free walking tour was a lot of fun and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. This small town is one of the most stunningly beautiful places I have ever been to and the guides take you to the best places to view the township and take photos. Of course the tour isn’t exactly free as you pay the guide any amount you feel is appropriate given the quality of the tour provided, but trust me this is money very well spent.

Very good!!! - It was a beautiful tour! Jan was an excellent guide. Entertaining and educational at the same time. We toured the city, I explained its history with very instructive anecdotes. He gave rise to us asking questions and he answered everything that was asked. Great experience without a doubt!

Excellent all around - We appreciated the personal perspective of our guide Jan. Cesky Krumlov is beautiful and has an amazing history, a microcosm of the history of the whole region. We happened to meet up for our tour just as the annual commemoration of the town's liberation in WWII was happening, featuring vintage U.S. jeeps and Czech soldiers playing the parts of U.S. soldiers. Jan incorporated it into his overview while still giving us the usual (terrific) tour. Many thanks.

Good tour - Good, informative, entertaining tour of Cesky Krumlov. My only criticism is the group size is too large. Sometimes hard to hear the guide because of the size of the group.
