Appreciate nature in a fun and educational way through many activities like hiking, cave exploring, river tracking, rock climbing, cliff jumping(optional), body rafting, free pictures,all safety equipment and much more. You will start out with a hike through the Tanama Forest located in the Northern Limestone Region of Puerto Rico. You will hike in the forest until reaching the Canyon. We will go floating down stream in favor of the current crossing huge natural cave tunnels passing mountains from one side to the other and relax yourself in the calm and delightful Tanama River waters. Here you will appreciate several natural water springs and incredible landscapes that this paradise provides. Through the canyon, the river current will allow you to float in specially selected places. This will be an adventure that you would never forget. Any questions, give us a call.

Additional Information
our tour is offered at the heart of a subtropical forest through private access and completely away from crowds. Following old trails left by our ancestors, we will arrive at the majestic Tanama River. Huge limestone formations and thousands of springs that surround the Tanama river walls will be our scenery as we hike during our excursion. During our trek, we will visit and explore the river banks, and caves while you are refreshing yourself at the Tanama River water. Immersed in our tour, interpretation, and story-telling will give you a more complete experience. After trekking through the river, we will return floating down the river in the calm waters until we reach more natural pools. We welcome you in exploring this hidden gem and offering you a locally rich and truly unique adventure.
- What to bring: gym shoes or hiking shoes, high-caloric snacks, water, sunblock, backpack, clothes that can get wet, swimsuit, towel and change of dry clothes. Bring enough snacks for 6 hours!!

Beautiful adventure - We had a very nice experience with Aventureo PR. The tour was almost private with 2 guides for 7 peoples. A very small hiking( 10 minutes) before being in the river. Always feel safe. A great adventure!

We drank fresh water from a rock. We body rated down the river and we saw a bunch of bats flying in the caves. - It was awesome! We had a great time. Our tour guide was a nice informative person. And we had a lot of fun. We saw a fresh water crab that was maybe going extinct, we were able to see it because I guess this year they've been coming around after many years of not being around.

Definitely would recommend! - Awesome day - very much worth booking! Our guide did not really speak english, but our group was great at translating for him so that was super helpful! Super kind guide and the experience was TOP!

Beautiful views on a beautiful island - Excellent experience in every sense of the word. 100% recommended and the Guide was super informative and friendly. He guided us safely and gave us clear, concise and precise instructions. We felt completely safe throughout the adventure. Guide Jose, made those hours a time of laughter and joy. The views were beautiful and the way back was fun. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we would surely return to other adventures that are available.

Amazing experience!! - Best tour ever!! It was educational and fun. They had a lot of respect for nature and were always trying to see that all was going well. I would love to do it again, and try some of other tours they operate. Highly recommend!!
